He began the job but ran into a problem installing the window stormbusters. He found an alternative to its installation. Even though the installation couldn't be completed that day, he took the time to go to the store to purchase the materials needed to ensure the product functioned as intended. He came back the following day and completed the job. Even though the project took more hours than he estimated, he didn't change the estimated quote. I only had to reimburse him for the materials he purchased. Stormbusters are a product that is clear and allows the outside light into the room. It is placed over the window to protect it from flying objects during a hurricane.
