I was traveling from Nashville and came into the salon and expressed I had an hour, and asked if the owner thought she could do dip with a tip in that time and she said yes but said "hard gel is better". I was hesitant because I get hard gel done at my salon in Nashville but know how difficult technique can be if you don't do it correctly. I showed her a picture of shape and length that I normally get. I wanted them short but not this short. I also originally wanted French but after I saw the base finished I was like there is no point in adding French to such a poor job. It's like she had absolutely no experience with the poly gel so she kept filing to try to get my nails round but every nail came out different and extremely short. They are chunky, no seal underneath, and the poly gel was cured over my cuticles. She also proceeded to cut my cuticles in multiple places with the tools and file. Lastly, the place is dirty. Nothing is being sanitized, or cleaned. I should have walked away in the beginning when she couldn't get the tips to stay on my nails but I didn't. Then when I went to pay she asked if I had cash, I'm sorry but the fact that I paid any money for these nails is actually ridiculous. My nails are ruined and my cuticles are now in pain. The owner, Mary, is super friendly and welcoming. She will make you smile when she greets you. There are currently six pedicure chairs, but they offer manicures and hair services as well.
