Let's say I just want to chill and relax she can give me a Swedish Massage and I can just zone out. Or maybe the seasons are changing and I feel like I am getting sick and stressed out, I can get a Raindrop technique with Young Living oils. If my muscles are feeling stiff and tight she can do cupping techniques to release the muscles. Sometimes I will have really achy muscles from working out the Hot Stones are best.
