Their selection from store to store can vary and is not consistent based on the size of the store it seeems, so just know that. But if you are a skin care guru like myself and like to dabble in all things beauty and skin care, Sasa is a good place to spend some time and browse around. Lots of Korean, Chinese and Japanese skin care brands you cannot easily find in the US. They sell a vast variety of brands from low end like Nutrogena & Burts Bees to high end like SK-II and La Mer, and many brands in between. Skin care appears to be about 65% of their business model, with make-up lines, lotions, shampoos, etc. making up the other 35%. It is not that their prices are any less expensive necessarily, simply they have more brands and more variety in one store. Skin care can be tricky and you can get lost in a sea of serums, masks, lotions and creams if you are not knowledgable in places like this. Sasa has a website in which you can look at brands in English that appear only in another language when you are looking at the packaging in the actual store. They called it 'Beauty Lovers Day', to celebrate the company love for all things beautiful. Natura Bissé is a skincare company born in Barcelona more than thirty years ago, a city for which this date means a lot: Sant Jordi is the patron of love, as he rescued a princess from a dragon and gave her a rose that grew from the dragon's blood. As the legend goes, from that day women receive roses from men and they get a book in return. Barcelona's streets are filled with 'books and roses' on that day celebrating a 500 year-old tradition. Naturally my colleague and I went to visit the shop at Pacific Place on this day, to see what was going on. The boutique, all in white walls, table tops and chairs, is amazingly elegant and classy. You can feel exclusivity in the air when you step in. It was very quiet when we arrived and the staff kindly explained to us what the event was about. It was being held later in the afternoon for their members and they would obviously receive a rose! We checked out a few of their products on display: cleansing, facial care, body care, anti-aging...all of them made with carefully picked ingredients following the business focus on research. Just looking around is a bit of a pampering experience, at least for the eyes! Talking from experience, their products are excellent and I definitely recommend checking it out if you are looking for high-end skincare.

It's below Harvey Nichols' standards to have a shitty Premier Dead Sea counter in their store and even more below their standards to have such shitty salespeople who insult Harvey Nichols' customers.

They can't really speak English so it is not a place for…read moreyou to get a new look and their aesthetic is a little dated so don't even try to ask for Balayage/modern curls etc. The staff are passive aggressive and the cashier just looks at you like you're stupid if you try to pay by card (they only accept cash or PayMe) If you try to give too much directions because the hair stylist isn't doing what you requested for, they will start handling your head and scalp aggressively. I would avoid and head elsewhere. Avoid Danny and Ken if you must come here.
