I was in there once and a man was trying to ship a package and she told him he needed to add tot he box because there was too much extra room. So the guy goes to his car and comes back with paper towels, according to her that wasn't enough. He went back to his car and brought in more paper towels but that still wasn't enough. The whole time she just stood there with an attitude. Then she finally goes and gets some packing paper they had and puts it in there. Why didn't she do that in the first place???

Secondly, we paid for the service, which includes the box (IT IS NOT FREE). You should have been happy that we have more shipments than normal, giving your store more traffic. It is a good thing I was not present when you insulted my wife. We will NOT be coming back to this "low-rating" store and will also report this incident up. Sure enough, the scale rang up as 159.99. I showed them the online price and they immediately matched it. They thought the coupon might be for online orders only (it was not). Then they thought it might be for pick-up orders only (it was not). I offered to stand in front of them, purchase it online and wait the prescribed online "ready for pick-up" time of 20 minutes. Happily the register accepted the coupon without having to play the bought it online game. I give them stars for not hassling me too much and walked out having paid 56.69.

Seems like may he - above all the employees in that store - should know that.... especially since he immediately asked me to remove all my returned items from their boxes (so clearly, he was aware of Happy Returns' protocols). Once he realized that he made the mistake, he just shrugged and mumbled out a "sorry" and then shouted for the next person to in-line. Whatever your expectations are - lower them.
