Then, shortly before he was scheduled to replace the water heater, that person suddenly turned on me and became very nasty. As a result, I had to look for yet another person to do the job. So I went on Yelp and messaged a bunch of companies. And after hearing back from some, and being ignored by many others, MJB Services was the obvious stand-out for many reasons. 1. Isaac responded to my request immediately. 2. He was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. It was like talking to a buddy, and that's always a huge plus for me. 3. His pricing was the best I found. 4. He came exactly when he said he would, did everything that needed to be done, and sent me pictures when he was done, which was greatly appreciated. After i myself finished the irrigation there were multiple leaks found including irrigation tubes capped with electrical tape. The grading of the concrete is incorrect and there are multiple broken tiles around the planters. Jesse and his team uses cheap materials and will leave you displeased. He also asked to borrow money to make payroll after I had already settled all my payments with him. Very unprofessional and even worse craftsmanship.
