They were so good with him! Even though the appointment did not end well - it was an aggresive form of bone cancer, the staff and the doctor were wonderful not only with my big boy, but also with his nervous and then grieving aunty (me). I also appreciated their use of technology in that I was able to text over pictures to them, so they were able to give me an honest estimate Even with the quote, there was a bit of sticker shock because I did want him cremated so I could bring him back to the farm where he lived his entire life and because of his size, that was quite expensive. On the bright side of this, they did allow me to split the payment which helped alot.
