Katherine was spectacular and extremely professional. Every time we have new issues, she does research and explain to us why. With her help, we even got the biggest refund trace back to couple years ago. Her research fee is much reasonable and competitive. Even with some complicated questions, she was able to quickly process and respond with thoughtful and complete responses. She always asks questions before making any adjustment to our books and make sure no misunderstanding. Not sure if anyone has works with big firm. They thought they know everything, without asking, they just went ahead making adjustment. That is just so annoying. Anyway, highly recommended!

After using her services since 2015, I'm glad to finally move on. If you're looking for a CPA, I recommend shopping around rather than automatically staying with the same provider. Tax preparation also does not necessarily have to be handled by a CPA. Depending on your needs, another qualified tax professional or bookkeeper may be able to assist, particularly if accounting or tax software has become too complicated. For those specifically looking for a CPA, I recommend checking the Nevada Society of CPAs' Find-a-CPA directory. One clarification regarding registered agents: a Nevada LLC or corporation must maintain a registered agent in Nevada even if you personally live in the state. However, if you meet Nevada's requirements, you may be able to serve as your own registered agent rather than paying for a commercial registered-agent service. In my case, I also had serious concerns about Katherine's conduct while she was serving as my registered agent. Based on my experience, I believe her actions unnecessarily put my interests at risk. I have retained documentation relating to what occurred and, if necessary, am prepared to address the matter through the appropriate legal process.
