Shal is so amazing to deal with, extremely responsive, and makes you feel like a valued costumer and not just a number. As a working mother of three kids, 4 and under, cleaning has become impossible to keep up with and I'm grateful for the help. I walk into my house after a long day at work and just smile with the amazing smell of essential oils and they really do a magnificent job. They bring all the supplies (including vacuum) and I just come home to an entirely new house :)

My husband decided to hire this woman, Patricia Rosana Moreno (239) 825-3180, to come and clean our…read morehouse while I was away for personal reasons. WORST MISTAKE EVER! (Please see photos) I don't know how this woman remains in business. You come into our house and completely disrespect it. And I mean, completely! The cleaners she used were very subpar and were not appropriate for our household. Whatever floor cleaner she used on our hardwood left an extremely sticky residue. Your feet would literally stick to the floor and make a slap sound when walking. Everything on our shelves were completely disorganized: picture frames, knick knacks, candles, everything was put back on the wrong shelves, in the wrong order. I spent over 1 hour rearranging everything back into its original place. The worst part about this experience, she broke an irreplaceable glass rose that was in our bedroom. IRREPLACEABLE! A pity apology and an offer to replace it I guess is the extent of their limits, which is very poor. She also broke a glass candle holder on the same shelf. SHE LEFT THE GLASS EVERYWHERE!!!!! Everywhere on the shelf, there were broken pieces of glass, glass shards, everywhere!!! How ridiculous is it for a cleaning company to come into to your house, break things and not even bother to clean any of it up????? If you are thinking that this review is emotionally charged then you are absolutely right! This woman is beyond horrible. If you want a business that is responsible and actually does a good job, do not hire Avanti Cleaning from Naples, Florida.
