I began reporting these issues in writing and many of them a month later have not been addressed, and I have not been given a single timeline or understanding as to how it's going to be handled. These problems include fire, safety issues, and mold. I have unanswered emails from them dating all the way back to September 7 (it is now October 5) and even my real estate agent attempted to have them reply to me, with no luck. To top things off, my rent was posted, and they added an additional illegal charge for my service Dog, and after failing to provide cleaners before allowing us to move in and verbally agreeing to give me a credit for that failure, they never ever credited my account. They made my move-in, terrible and way more stressful than necessary. I don't like to leave bad reviews often, but this now has affected my finances and my house still has mold a month later.

We met one of the most condescending people ever it was a older lady gray hair with glasses. I didn't catch her name. She was severely rude. She act as if we were Pan handlers soliciting on her property. When in fact, we a real estate investors. I also own several of the businesses in the area and around the country. I don't want to say it was racially motivated because me and my wife are African-American and she is Caucasian, but it absolutely felt cold and callous as if this was 1950 in the Jim Crow South. I strongly recommend corrective action be taken place as of today today's date. Monday, December 19, 2025 at approximately 3 PM this incident occurred. It was obvious that the lady did not want to do the title search and did not want to provide further service as we completely felt uncomfortable about receiving any service after the rudeness and dismissive condescending behavior. I hope the owners of Patten Title coach their staff on being able to communicate and engage in this diverse world of real estate.

It's time to Capital-ize on this business being here…read more Having been here on several occasions, I'd say that it's one of the more reliable options in this building full of great little local businesses. Located on Westheimer, in a large round building that is visible for a mile in any direction or thereabouts, known as Westheimer Central Plaza. This is central to my thinking when it comes to writing reviews today. This is a beautiful building that is circular and very eye-catching and seems to stand alone in this part of Houston, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I'm proud of it being part of the Westchase skyline, and it offers amazing visuals, and hopefully nobody builds anything around it to mess it upm because it's a little bit of a barren stretch of Westheimer, and it punctuates the monotony with a very gorgeous building.
