My dealings with Sandra Prado were horrible as the buyer of my home. Not only did she first offer me $30,000 less than my asking price for the first offer, which I refused, but even after she came up $10,000 and I agreed to the offer with an "As Is" clause with no repairs, she had the AUDACITY to then ask me to give her $1500 back at closing or for me to pay for an electrician to put a brand new electric fuse box. What part of as is doesn't this realtor understand and someone who is supposed to adhere to contracts? Of course my agent and I told her no. My gas oven electric panel was broken but I arranged for an appliance company to replace the grid for $600 and gave Sandra the $600 check. I came to find out she repaired the oven for $50 and pocketed the rest for herself. Not only did Sandra Prado come in as the buyer but also as a realtor who made $6000 in commission and feel she knew she was getting a good deal already yet she had to take more money from me. She really is a piece of work. read more

Brittany Byrd was trash. We went to look at a house that was listed, got there and immediately loved the house. So we decided to start moving forward with the paper work. After waiting 4 days for the paper work. She put a contract together, she put the wrong address on it. On top of other errors that were pretty critical. Then our agent fixes the contract and let's her know. Well I guess she got a crappy attitude because he changed it. After signing it on the weekend, our agent sends it to her and she never responded. Three days later she tells us oh the house was sold. When our agent had already sent her the signed contract. Turns out she didn't even give the contract or show the seller at all. She cost us a house. Worst piece of trash ever! She didn't even put a sign on the property to indicate it was being sold. read more

Love my Agent, Jana Hyde! She spent months searching and helping me find the perfect home with optimistic energy and enthusiasm that was refreshing and contagious!!! Jana understands the Real Estate market and was able to explain things to me in plain language. Shopping for a home can be very emotional, stressful and exhausting. Jana kept a positive outlook and her energy lifted me up. She reassured me that she would find me a home, even when I felt like it was hopeless and unlikely. Finally, I especially appreciate Jana's professionalism, and uncanny ability to always find positives out of negatives, it's just who she is. read more

The agency Cody Horn was on the listing end of a transaction. We were out of state buyers. The agent listed a home warranty (remainder of a 13 month) that was never conveyed. Also the agent provided seller disclosures (the agent was a friend of the seller) that were falsified. they listed a current and in place septic service contract. The truth was the seller let it lapse in 2016 about a year after the house was built. I contacted the owner/broker John Altic who assured me he would follow up within 2 days. Nothing ever heard from again. Emailed Cody about the same and again nothing. Worst transaction I have ever been party of. Also some of the worst communication from an agency. read more

What a mess. Used The same agent we purchased from 1 year previous. I felt like I had no one on my side. There was no fiduciary duty clear up to closing. As a previous realtor, I felt this lady had no kahonas! Always wanting us to give, give, give. I don't feel she ever stood up to anything the buyers threw at us! Finally made me angry enough I made my husband deal with her! He finally blew up and said ENOUGH! The mess continued into closing! Realtor even mentioned to us that she wouldn't say anything about ac needing Freon!? What? The contract said ZERO FOR REPAIRS! Then call us in the middle of the closing saying the buyers had a problem with this now. oh, I guess she mentioned it! So guess who had to cough up more money for a contract that said ZERO REPAIRS! Not very ethical, not very legal and no fiduciary duty to the seller! May end up with HAR involved before this is over. Sellers beware of JLA and Donna. read more

They listed and sold our home in 2017 was worst experience we have ever had. Their Agent Melinda Harvey Lied to us too many times to count tried to get us to sign papers MULTIPLE TIMES that were not what they were supposed to be and just flat out deceived us multiple times especially on the final offer, and cost us thousands of dollars. Don't expect help from main broker when you need it he told us he would make things right and then we never heard a single word from him again. Too much Happened to put on here but this was one of the worst experience's we have had in our whole life. Alexis Walls Guillory saved our lives. We were facing foreclosure and put the house on the market as a last ditch effort to salvage something and fix our debt issues. Somehow she got the house sold and the transaction completed 5 days before the bank was going to take our home. All with less than 2 months to work on selling it, yet she got us full value as well. This lady performed a miracle, and she's also one of the coolest people we've ever met. If you are looking for an agent and don't have a clue where to start I'd suggest our realtor angel. Did I mention she also found us a great place to live even though our credit was shot as well? I'd suggest her even if you have an agent. read more
