Even though Jung, who owns Hannah's Dressmaker, speaks Korean and her second language is English, she knew what I was trying to say. When I went back to get my coat, she had done exactly what I wanted and I was so pleased. I hate to mention this but she charged me hardly anything so I gave her more money. Since then I have been back for everything I need to be repaired and restyled. I know you will love her and her work.

A year ago I took it to a local leather specialist for a repair to the lining and cuff stitching, and they did a very poor job. Yana fixed their mistakes. She just performed an even more difficult repair on the same jacket, and I could not be more impressed with the quality of her work, the value of her services, or her professionalism. We wanted to replace the privacy curtain for our…read morechanging room on our pontoon so we brought our old one here and said we want everything the same but new. We picked it up and it was way to small... sent pics and informed them what was wrong and asked how it was wrong when you have the old one for measurements? So I brought it back again and with an attitude they told me "well I guess we'll have to add more fabric than" and I said yep should be the same size as the old one. Do you still have it? They said Umm yeah I think I might. Give me about 45 minutes it should be ready. I said OK see you in a bit. They called to tell me it was ready as I was about 2 blocks from them and I said I'll be right there so he came out after I pulled up and brought it to my vehicle and said here you go have a good day and if it don't line up with a couple of the button snaps here's some snaps to screw to the boat to make it fit. Bye. Stunned I sat there a minute and thought what if it still don't fit?! Ugh now what do I do?! I brought it home and it didn't fit! Still too small! And not 1 of the 20+ button snaps line up! So much for our holiday plans with the pontoon in 2 days! So I called the store and said it still too small so he informed me how to put one side on then zip it up and button the other side lol apparently he don't think I know how to connect buttons. Nope still don't Fit I said. Well if you unbutton it is there enough fabric to fit? I giggle outta frustration and said No its too small. Oh he said well I'm busy with customers right now can I call you in 10 minutes? I hesitated and said you close in 10 minutes! He said u know I'll call you later. Bye. Click! 2 1/2 hours later I'm still WAITING!!! Oh I'm pissed! I'm going back tomarrow to finish that conversation in person! Oh! And I live 3 hours away round trip! And they charged way more than they said it would be!
