He made it be a fun process for us! They have their showroom where you can select tile, but they also give you the option of coming to your home with tiling samples and do everything from the comfort of your own home, which is what we chose. We wanted to see how the tile looked with the lighting in our bathroom. It feels fun and exclusive to select tile this way! No crowds or other customers to worry about! Also we knew that he'd have to come to measure up our bathrooms for a quote anyway, so this worked out well for us. We felt the quote was reasonably priced, and we went ahead. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy and I had no qualms about having them work in our home if I was not there the whole time. Our actual contractor was Daniel, who did an AMAZING job. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does, he is a perfectionist and a true craftsman. We were thrilled with the result. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International. I asked if they could work on a Saturday. Our appointment was for 8:00 am and they were there 10 minutes early. That is unheard of these days. There was a team of 5 people. Each one came in with a smile on their face and greeted us with good morning. There was no confusion in what job each was to do. Everyone immediately got to work and didn't finish until the room was spotless and then moved onto the next task. I was in and out of the house throughout the day and if I asked them to do something extra that wasn't discussed during our initial walk through. The answer was yes, not a problem we can do that. NO ATTITUDE with having to add something extra to their list. No cell phones in site. No one talking or making phone calls, texting, playing games. This was a welcome site. Every room was in need of elbow grease on steroids. This was exactly what they did and they kept at it until it was spotless. They worked for 12 straight hours! As I said the house is very old and there wasn't a lot to work with. But when they were finished that old house sparkled and it has the best smell.
