He finally listen to me, made a cut under the bathtub in the first floor ceiling to find the leak, but he broke the center handle. They left for lunch without telling what they were going to do. They came back with a cheaper faucet set, but couldn't find a replacement for the center handle. They left a complete mess of my house, holes and debris, and shower that didn't work properly. I had to call and pay for another plumber. Pace charged me nearly 700 dollars, so in other word, this leak cost me over $ 1000. dollars with hole repairs and a new plumber. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Contacted alpha roofing on a Saturday and they called me back the same day scheduled a time to come…read moreout and look at my roof. The next day Grant Dunlop arrived looked at my roof and we spoke on what could be done. I advised him the insurance adjuster was coming the next day Grant went the extra mile and came back with the adjuster. Insurance stated that they wouldn't cover the damage Grant then wrote a estimate and emailed it to me. I signed the estimate via document sign a week later the repairs to my roof were complete at a very reasonable price. I gave 4 stars because the office did not let me know when the roofer were coming I had to call the office to get those times. Great job Grant Dunlop I will recommend you
