He takes care of EVERYTHING (pulls the permits, takes measurements, orders/provides supplies, arranges worker schedules, etc.) and takes the time to answer any questions you have for him (which in our case was a lot). Roger surpassed our expectations on communication, as he was courteous, responsive, and thorough. We also never had any trouble getting hold of him if we needed to. The crew Roger has working with him are outstanding! They were all very nice, professional, and respectful of our property. They worked quickly, carefully, and cleanly, always taking care to pick up at the end of the day. You could tell that any member of his crew was well-experienced and took pride in their work. Roger came highly recommended to us and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others. We will definitely be using his services again in the future, as we would even think to call on anyone else.

The crew worked really hard and paid attention to detail. They showed up on time everyday and worked long hours. It was clear they were true professionals and knew exactly what they were doing. Jack kept me in the loop the whole way through and went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. We're putting new shutters on as part of this project and because of delays from the shutter manufacturer, they weren't ready by the time the painting was done. Jack offered to send the guys back out to install them once they finally do arrive. This is the type of service that sets Century painting apart from the pack. It is really nice to have found a reliable and reputable company like this and we will definitely be calling Jack and the team for future projects.

They did an excellent!! job with my cabinets it looks like the original paint you can't even tell that it's painted second hand. they covered everything including my ceiling, took their time in sanding the cabinet doors and drawers everything was spray painted to perfection as you can see in the pics. They also installed the door knobs that I bought from Costco for me. The price was very reasonable and fair less then all the quotes that I had from reputable painting company's. I loved the work so much I had them paint my entire house. Overall I 100% recommend this company hands down the most professional painters I ever hired.

They also responded to my Yelp project request very quickly. They completed the work on time (even a day early), the team was courteous and professional, and the quality of their work is great. They listened to direction well, and corrected any issues that arose (they put back a light fixture in the wrong place and moved it after we pointed it out). I feel they knew what they were doing and the best products to use. They covered our flooring and elements that were not getting painted to prevent damage and I can't find any paint spills or smudges anywhere. Our project also involved a lot of wallpaper removal. I was nervous about this because if the wallpaper is not removed correctly the wall can be damaged or leftover wallpaper glue can cause the new paint not to adhere correctly. But it seems they did a great job with that part too. They communicated well with us via text. We weren't able to check on the project in person every day so they sent photos and details on progress. I plan to use them again for additional painting projects.

Franklin responded to my request the same day, came by to review the project, listened closely to my concerns, and gave me a very reasonable quote for services. Franklin and his team arrived exactly as scheduled and went straight to work preparing the home to protect my floors, furniture and appliances. In addition, the walls were prepped to make sure nail pops, and other drywall repairs were done prior to painting. I really appreciated the fact that Franklin provided constant communication during the project, making sure that I was aware and satisfied throughout every phase. The SCS painting team was very professional, worked quickly, and created a beautiful space for my family. As a matter of fact, the work was done so well, we ended up painting additional rooms. I cannot say enough about Franklin's attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. My wife and I absolutely loved the completed project, and will definitely use them for any future painting or flooring needs. SCS Painting is truly Charlotte's best kept secret!

I used Yelp projects and ended up with several responses, which led to five contractors coming out to the house to provide estimates. Ng offered the best price and even though their Yelp history is not the deepest, they presented themselves professionally and the Yelp guarantee added an extra layer of confidence, so that is who we chose. The team arrived exactly when they said they would and got straight to work, and they truly worked, two full days without slowing down even as the short winter daylight made the schedule a little tight. They stayed focused the entire time. My wife and I are very happy with the result. We received exactly what we agreed on and I think they even went a bit beyond. They put up plastic wrap to protect the rest of the space, took all the demolished material with them, and even made the bed in the room when they finished!
