I called several custom T-shirt companies who all stated it would be a two week turnaround. In a panic I thought to search Yelp for other custom T-shirt companies in my area. I ran across Dream Life on Yelp, I called expecting to hear the same spill of not being able to complete my order on such short notice. Which would be totally understandable due to my procrastination and totally my fault. When I called Dream Life, I spoke to Jasmine an explained my situation. Jasmine asked me a few questions and urged me to send my logo and T-shirt information ASAP and she would be able to fulfill my order. Two days later Jasmine contacted me to pickup my order! I've never been disrespected by the OWNER of a business as badly as I was during my interaction with her. I was referred to them to have hang tags printed for my company. I called to ask if they could do what I needed and was told it wouldn't be a problem. After completing one order, I made another to have additional tags made. I asked if they could wait to drill the holes so I could bring the first set of tags to have them all lined up. Again, was told it wasn't a problem and that they would be working on them the next morning. I said I would stop by that afternoon. Once I arrived, there were no tags. The guy I spoke to had no explanation other than they weren't ready and wouldn't be ready until the next week. After I expressed my disappointment that they weren't ready especially I had driven over 30 min to get there, the owner comes out of the office to tell me "You know what, we don't want to do this for you anyway. This is not what we do!" She went on to explain how her guy spent hours working on "my little things" and that she has other stuff for him to do. I asked her why didn't they call me if they were having problems and she said she doesn't have my phone number. Which is not true. The conversation ended with her throwing her hands up and telling me I can find someone else to do it because they're not the print company for me. If you care about how you're treated when you spend money (especially privately owned companies) DO NOT use Atomic Graphics.
