I really wanted that property to build my dream cabin so I accepted the deal. I signed the papers and my broker send to Randi. I hired a lawyer and got a personal loan from my bank for cash purchase. I was so excited and did all the research for the property. 2 days later they decided to pull off the deal and told us that someone else offered more money for it. The brokers itention was not to sell to me as I had my broker. Like this the broker won't have to split the commission. They played me dirty. Now I am stuck with a high interest loan and no land. Very sneaky. I would never ever trust this company. 0 stars if I could. They ruined my dream.

We were very anxious to see what the area had to offer us, and we are experienced buyers, having purchased multiple apartments in Manhattan, full time residences in New Jersey, vacation homes in Florida and Pennsylvania, and all on a cash basis.
