The pork and chive dumplings were juicy and delicious. We had them both boiled and pan fried. We enjoyed most of them with soy sauce but also used vinegar and sweet chilli sauce.
The Fried Little Buns were deliciously sweet and accompanied by what looked like custard yet tasted like melted white chocolate. The sliced potato with chilli and capsicum had a perfect balance of garlic and could be made spicier with the condiment chilli provided at the table. The braised beef and tomato noodle soup was absolutely fine but the braised beef didn't appear to be freshly cooked and the noodles were incredibly filling (thick like udon) and most likely store bought as opposed to homemade.
It's worth a visit for a different scene in the area. read more
