    Shanghainese Wonton

Just walked past this little place and thought I give it a try! Very friendly service! Ordered Shanghainese Wonton and fried vegetables. The wonton taste very authentic. Fried vegetables is great with "wok hay/guo qi". Place is nice and clean too!

We shared the seafood noodle soup and beef noodle soup. Both were very appetizing-- lots of seafood and pretty tender beef. A solid place to add more variety to our list of food options during the trip.

Amazing food! As a Chinese, this is definitely one of the best Chinese food I've had so far in Vienna! Very impressive and very authentic! Would 100% recommend the curry seafood noodle 海鲜咖喱面 and fried duck with rice 香酥鸭盖饭 Service and ambiance are amazing too. Great experience!

This place is da bomb for ramen type noodles. Easily rivals ramen places in North American Chinatowns. The serving sizes are generous. Highly recommend.

To open asian orientate restaurant at this location means, you are brave or offer something special. And i mean, this bar is great as well for family/ friends as for business meetings. Very nice cozy modern interier, good looking toillets :) and good servise. Menu card: everyone can find something by his taste, well tasted, big portions. Only negative- no desserts :-( Overall, very good!

The food here was incredible. Randomly chose to stop by and had no regrets. The staff were extremely nice and service was quite quick.

We all ordered something a bit different- mango chicken & rice, sweet & sour chicken, shrimp dumplings & two kinds of noodle soup.

Simple and modern atmosphere. From the noodles, dumplings to spicy beef and thin chopped tofu skin all tasted authentic and delicious. And I am not talking about Panda Express type of Asian food . I was impressed to see the local awards along with some of the specialty Chinese liquor. Service was not the most efficient but very friendly. Given the waiter, didn't know how to charge us when we requested two shots of the specialty Chinese liquor they have displayed on the shelf. But he was able to find out the price by contacting owner. Pricing was reasonable (to us), and I understand there are different standards and perceptions with people coming from the US and different social economic status. But to us, there is no way we are able to eat a meal like this and not paying over $100 dollars in the US. And here we paid under it. Highly recommended by @WineDinenVacay

We went back to this place twice in a roll and we will definitely go back if we visit Vienna again. Having said that, your better be ready for some spicy chilli or you will have an interesting time surviving to intended flavour.

Amazing gem in the center of Vienna! After several days of Schnitzel we were ready to branch out…read moretonight and Hao was absolutely perfect! The restaurant is located just opposite the Burggarten, and easy to find with Google maps ( a must for tired travelers.) We were able to make same day reservations and were seated immediately when we arrived. The menu was thorough and informative (and available in both German and English.) We ordered Xiao Long Bao (a favorite) and Crispy chicken noodle soup (to try out the house made noodles which came highly recommended.) The water we ordered came chilled(!!) and I added a pot of Ginseng Ginger tea which was presented beautifully and tasted perfect. The Xiao Long Bao came in a steamer of 3- perfect for one person, but one more would have been nice for splitting between two people. The taste made up for it though- they were large, filled with juice, meat and flavor, and HOT. Absolutely delicious. Shortly after our soup arrived and it was perfection. The presentation is reminiscent of a Japanese bento box, with several elements each presented separately- great for allowing the diner to personalize the meal. I'm trying to limit grease intake, so having the friend chicken on a separate plate was an unexpected delight, allowing me to enjoy it without it taking over my meal. There was also a small serving of a kimchi/sauerkraut type cabbage dish, and a plate with onions and cilantro to add to your taste. But the noodle soup is why I'm writing this review. The soup itself was a chicken based broth with the depth of flavor I would expect from a fine dining location. It was rich, silky, and complex. The noodles had the bite that tells you they are fresh not dried- long, perfectly between the thickness of a ramen noodle and an udon noodle, and complimented the broth perfectly. In addition, the soup was filled with fresh, beautiful vegetables-- carrot, bok choy, bean sprouts, broccoli, mushroom, zucchini... In all honesty, this meal was one I will remember for a very long time. If you are in Vienna, add this to you the TOP of your list.

Highly recommend this alternative if you're in the mood for some homemade noodles (ramen) and dumplings, and savory Asian fusion flavors! This was a solid 4.5 rated experience with excellent apps and meals, dish presentation, smiling and efficient service, very quaint ambience. Expect to pay $15-16 euro for soup meals, and $7-10 euro for starters. Reservations accepted but we didn't have a problem as walk in for a table Friday at 7p. Started with the Beijing Duck wraps, crispy sliced duck served with cucumber, scallions and plum sauce which you wrapped in a thin steamed crepe - fantastic, tasty and tender! Quantity was enough for 2 to try, however if hungry, suggest ordering 1 app per person to share. For dinner, we had 1 Veggie/Tofu soup and 1 Braised Pork Ribs noodle soup. These were served very temperature hot, and each meal was filling and hit the spot. Loved the fresh veggies, tasty protein, generous noodle quantity, and plenty of broth. In my opinion, you won't be disappointed on any of their dishes. After a long and cold travel day, this was conveniently located in short walking distance from our hotel and Opera House, so stop in for a quick bite if craving Asian fusion foods. ENJOY!!
