Drinks, snacks, cigs, whatever you want they probably have it. But the reason why I went out of my way to give recognition to this business has nothing to do with what I have bought here. This is about their friendliness and interest in the community. From time to time, I go look at the C-10 canal waterway to see if there is any illegal dumping that I can help clean up. I have a big magnet and grappling hook that I've used to pull out shopping carts, a TV, random iron pieces and general litter. I look dirty and scary climbing around by the bridge. I'm a good troll. And every time I've slinked out into the open with my arms full of junk, a Convenience World employee immediately offers to let me use their dumpster. No questions asked. Today, the guy working there even came out and gave me a free bottle of cold water. Not for a second did they think to tell me to get lost. Honestly, I'm not sure I would be as gracious. So it is clear that they care. I can only assume that they probably put similar care and thought into their inventory in serving the Hollywood community.

Terrible customer experience with Manager Catherine (Oct 8, ~12:45 PM)…read more​I have been a loyal Wawa customer for years, but what happened today at this location is completely unacceptable. ​I asked people in line if they were waiting for self-checkout. They said no, so I went to the open kiosk. Out of nowhere, General Manager Catherine started loudly shouting and publicly reprimanding me, rudely accusing me of cutting the line. No customers had any issue, but she kept escalating and yelling. ​When I tried to ask for her name and contact info for management, she refused and walked away. When I approached the counter area to ask again, she physically pushed me. I never touched her and kept a safe distance--she had zero right to put her hands on me. ​To make matters worse, she called the police and falsely claimed I was blocking her path just to get me escorted out. ​This is a complete abuse of authority, physical aggression, and terrible customer service. I strongly urge regional management to check the security cameras from Oct 8 at 12:45 PM and take strict disciplinary action against Catherine. Permanent customers should never be treated like this.

There is a super annoying buzzer on all the cooler doors so when a door is open it is making this LOUD sound. Couldn't figure out what it was at first. The clientele seemed kind of shady and the staff didn't seem to have control of the place and were very slow/not able to keep the line moving. There was a customer filling out a huge lottery ticket holding up the line. Another customer barged in front of me in line and said they were already there which I thought was odd too and the clerk didn't back them up but I let them have their way. The place is smaller than it appears on the outside but has a lot of pumps. I stopped there because I had never been there but after that experience I won't be in a hurry to go back.
