I had an emergency with my trailer and was told by another company that I needed a whole new axle. Thankfully, I called James before making any big decisions. He showed up quickly, came prepared with all the right tools, and got straight to work. Instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, he fixed the issue on the spot and saved me a ton of time and money. It's rare to find someone this skilled who actually cares about doing the job right. If you need trailer work or anything in his field, do yourself a favor and call JCH Solutions first. Total pro.

A driver arrived in roughly 20 minutes after Glade Savers Tow Truck Services promptly answered the phone and gave me a flat charge for the journey. The job wasn't complicated in any way, and it wasn't handled like such. Before departing, the driver made sure someone was ready to accept it, loaded the car without any problems, and delivered it to the right place. I didn't need to make an additional call to coordinate because of that final step. The delivery was quick, the performance was flawless, and the price was fair considering the distance. A few companies I reached either didn't handle campers or couldn't give me a straight answer about availability. Flatbed Express Towing Assistance picked up, asked reasonable questions about the size and weight, and gave me an honest estimate before committing. They arrived without a lot of fanfare and loaded it up carefully, which mattered since I've had a camper damaged during a tow before and wasn't looking to repeat that. The flatbed setup was the appropriate choice for the situation. Pricing felt fair for the distance and the equipment involved. Nothing about the experience was complicated, which after a stressful breakdown near Belle Glade is exactly what I needed.
