Yes, I came for the pickle sandwich, and it didn't disappoint. Fresh pickle, good veggies and lots of Turkey, and for 190 calories and I'm full, awesome! It's fast, fairly inexpensive and many options for those with food restrictions or needs. Guy at the counter was really nice and seemed happy to be there, so that's a good sign. My only issue with this place isn't the restaurant itself but the area, very hard to get in and out of, parking is crazy and don't even dream of taking a left anywhere. Every time I've ordered from this location it's taken over an hour for my food to be delivered. Better to go in person, if at all.

My friend and I had never been to Jimmy John's, so we didn't know what to expect.  What we got was a lunch of 2 average sandwiches, 2 bags of air & chips, 1 cookie, and 1 soda for $30. Before ordering we told the cashier that we were confused by the menu & pricing, so he explained it.  My friend and I thought we were buying cheaper specials, and it should've been obvious that that's what we wanted. Like a dummy I went ahead and paid before asking questions.  Asking questions resulted in one of those encounters we've all had...one of the employees (that we weren't talking to) starts in with the Know-It-All attitude and you realize it's just better to walk away. Freaky SLOW delivery! Nearly an hour and my single sandwich has not been delivered. I made a pick-up order the other day and the order tracker never updated to show my sandwich was ready. Jimmy John's makes a very tasty sandwich and they serve it up fast and fresh, but don't screw up when ordering on-line or through the app because they will do NOTHING to rectify the situation. I received three e-mails pushing a "BOGO" deal where if you bought two sandwiches you would get the second one at a half off price. I ordered through the app, on me cell phone, but somehow missed the place the put in the "Promo Code" to get the promotional price. When I got to the store to pick up my sandwiches I explained the situation to them but they said I would need to contact cooperate because it was an on-line order and they could do nothing to rectify the issue. When I got back to my office I went to the Jimmy John's web site and submitted a request for support. When the Jimmy John's support team contacted me back they said that they could not rectify the issue because the stores are independently owned so the store would need to help me with my issue. Contacting the store "manager" I was once again informed I would need to contact corporate. So this is how they treat customers with on-line purchase issues! Nothing but finger pointing between the store and corporate, and corporate essentially telling me I was too stupid to use the app correctly, so TOO FUCKING BAD FOR YOU! Thanks for nothing! I placed my 1st online delivery order to arrive at my work 2:30pm. The delivery driver called my phone 5 times from 2:24-2:27. I thank you for arriving before 2:30 but the delivery driver did not have to pick up the outside door phone to my place of employment and call my admin and be rude to her. Next time I know to give them a later time frame. But do not call someone's place of employment and be rude which could potentially get me in trouble. Went to this restaurant for a quick sandwich.....and yes, the order was incorrect even as we watched them make it. Also we decided to sit in the place and eat our sandwiches there. Bad mistake, the staff did their best to ignore us and in general make our experience as unpleasant as possible, including no napkins, no service, and when I asked for additional oil and pepper on my tasteless and overly expensive sandwich, it was as if I had ordered escargot and champagne. And no I did not clear my own table and when we left the employee who cleared the table shook the garbage at us as we were driving away. I was and still am very excited to see Jimmy John's open close to my house. Since they have opened, about a month ago, I have ordered about 6 times. Tonight was not what I was used to. It took 45 minutes for my sandwich to be delivered and when it got to my house, they had forgot my chips... kind of a lame complaint I know, but when you're used to, at most, a 15 minute delivery time... it got kind of silly... With that said, I made a call to the restaurant and explained that I waited 45 minutes and didn't have my order. The girl was very accommodating, and tried her best to fix my problem...The sandwich I got was still top notch and this one incident will not deter me from recommending or ordering from them again... Are you kidding me? My husband asked for horseradish sauce on his roast beef sandwich. They don't carry that either. I ordered a Jblt sandwich. The bread was cold, the bacon was cold and the sandwich was not good. I only ate part of it and threw it away. Funny, we were about ready to leave; two guys ordered sandwiches.
