It's the fastest option over fast food that I was able to find. I usually opt out of Jimmy John's because their bread is tough and hard to chew, but much to my surprise they now offer gyros in both lamb and chicken. I chose the lamb gyro and it did not disappoint. My hubby was shocked at the fact it had lettuce, but it was delicious to me! The service was good. The younger man behind the counter was polite and funny and the woman was very nice as well. The restaurant is not too big, but does have seating for dining in. This location had several people waiting in line in this very crowded strip mall. I ordered the veggie sandwich in the small size (little John) and the bread was more like a slightly tough hot dog bun than the soft chewy bread I normally enjoy. My friend also ordered the veggie -- on wheat-- and said there was a very scant amount of avocado. I examined the sandwich -- I concur. They are consistently good! Bread is fresh. Ingredients are healthy. And as strange as it may sound, I judge a sandwich place by their tuna sandwiches. These are pretty darn good! To get 5 stars this place would need to offer artisan sandwiches. But as far as a solid meal, you've found it! Was just in there grabbing a couple sandwiches. The gentleman that helped me Antuan was extremely friendly and got my order right. He ACCIDENTALLY charged me wrong and I know this because the manager or lady there yelled it out that he didn't charge me enough. Horrific experience with this location. The employee, I don't know if it was Ryan or not, was beyond belligerent and hostile when asking for pickles on the side of the sandwich a couple of months ago. I thought, ok...maybe he was having a bad night or wanted to go home. Nonetheless, I continued to support this local franchise as I am acquainted with the owner. I told him about the experience, he apologized and said he would look into it - never heard back from him but those things can happen. Placed a mobile order tonight, and low and behold, the same employee with the same attitude was there. His arrogance and aggressive manners left me feeling uncomfortable. I called the franchise owner again, and had him listen to the way in which his employee was speaking to me. The franchise owners wife then got involved and the entire tenor of the discussion changed. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location or supporting this small business again. Aggressive behavior and hatred has no place in this world. Been here a few times now and they've never disappointed. There's this manager that often works the helm and to me resembles the King of Mississippi. That's a True blood reference, BTW. The king is on the job. One instance, we were at the head of the line and they were in the process of training a new employee. She had a designated trainer with her as she took orders and rang up receipts. By the time we were finished with the exchange of the order process and payment, the King would've already made the sub and passed it along the chain to be wrapped. Food is good. I've had particular success with catering orders and large group orders for a group of 50 hungry college students a few times a year. I did have a dine-in experience that was terrible -- the assistant manager and staff complained about other customers while I was still sitting there, which made me uncomfortable (and made me wonder what they would say about me when I left). I complained to corporate at the time and I hope it was resolved, but haven't had a reason to dine-in since. read more

Since they have no eating options for kids, I went through the McDonald's drive-thru next door to get something for my five year old to eat. I also got a Caffeine free Diet Coke for myself because I cannot have caffeine. We then went with our happy meal and soda to Jimmy John's for lunch. After ordering and paying for our lunch at Jimmy John's, we were told that we could not eat in the store. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The cashier, Juan, told me that we could not eat in the store because we had brought food in from another place. So they packed our sandwiches and chips to go. The cashier told me it was a corporate policy that he could not overlook because of the security cameras. So essentially, we were kicked out. So if you have kids or can't drink caffeine, don't go to Jimmy John's cause they don't cater to kids or people who want a caffeine- free diet drink. read more

Horrible customer service. My family was at the hospital visiting my newborn son and placed an order at 8:45pm (they close at 9pm). They took our order and my sister in law was on her way to pick the order up when she received a call back from the manager and said he is locking the door at 9 pm! He was very rude. Just ordered 6 sandwiches , chips , drinks. Food came quickly. Where do I start. Driver has no pen. Sandwich order wrong. We call the establishment and are questioned by the "manager" who insisted he wanted to sandwiches back even though my children had just taken a bite out of them. Said he still wants the sandwiches back. Also remained on the phone for approximately 10 minutes being questioned about what exactly they got wrong with the sandwich. Asked us to please look at sandwiches and tell them what exactly was wrong with them. Really?! Finally agreed to bring us the correct orders but make sure he gets those sandwiches back. Will never order from this Jimmy Johns again. I will not order from an establishment that questions the customer out of what appears to be distrust on their part. I have been in the restaurant industry for years and would never turn my mistake into making the customer feel like they are at fault. I ordered two large party platters of their regular sub sandwiches. The bread was fresh and wonderful and there was lots of fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The problem was that there was almost no meat! I called after the party and asked how much meat they put on the full sub which they cut in thirds for the party platter. The total meat on the whole sub is 2.5 ounces as "determined by corporate".
