Everyone I interacted with--from the receptionist to the mechanics--was professional, understanding, and genuinely kind. My car was ready in just 2 weeks, even though the initial estimate was 3. I especially have to rave about Tiffany! I brought my car in after it was hit while parked, and she assured me from day 1 that everything would be handled in a way that maximized my convenience and satisfied the insurance company (who originally claimed my car was a total loss). She absolutely kept her promise, and I'm so grateful for her dedication and support throughout the process. For those who need a rental, Enterprise is conveniently located nearby. I thought it was a fuel issue initially but I wasn't certain due to another automotive company which I used, not mentioning any other problems on the final inspection after getting the catalytic converter replaced. The truck ran smoothly for a month without any issues and completely shut off on me in traffic. I got it towed to the location on Cloverland but they were backed up for a week and Ronnie's location on Airline Hwy could take care of it in a couple of days. After the diagnostics test, Ronnie contacted me and told me I had a bad crank shaft sensor due to being the original piece on it from 2004. I told him I wanted additional work and he gave me the price for everything and it was under $1000 for a diagnostics test, crank shaft replacemen, new batter and an oil change. On the diagnostic report, it has a list of issues that are recommended to get fixed. my truck has opera smoothly without any problem since taking it ti Tri-Care. I highly recommend using their service.
