She doesn't really send National Dog Day cards but she IS on top of it when it comes to creating a personal relationship with her clients. I have been a home and car insurance client for the last two years with Elizabeth. I really appreciate how she takes the time to review your available resources and those you might consider down the road. The charm of her office on College doesn't hurt either (located in a red home they renovated themselves). Highly recommend.

I was dealing with some slimy property management issues when being told I must provide…read moredocumentation that proved my property management was listed as a "Additional Interest". I'll admit, I called very emotional and I just was not sure what to do and was feeling really upset with the world because every phone call I was making that week was ending up the same cycle: I call, someone picks up to metaphorically/physically roll their eyes over the phone, be unhelpful and move on. Not with Cari Hammer though - Even through the emotional outburst I just couldn't control anymore, Cari was not only able to help me through the issue she could directly make an impact on but she also restored some faith in humanity and community. Frankly, she just did her job and went the extra mile by providing an empathetic voice and ear to me. In that moment that was all I needed/wanted. Overall, I just really appreciated the care that I received that day, so much so I wanted to make sure I left a good review before I forgot about that experience. I thanked Cari over the phone many times, but I just cannot emphasize how needed that experience was for me.
