BUYER BEWARE, RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE!…read more Very unprofessional company and owner that has yet to refund my money to me for shutters (purchased 3/17) that were supposed to be shipped a month ago on 3/26 but were delayed due to hurricanes in the Gulf..? After repeated attempts to contact the seller via the Amazon Beta Messenger FOUR TIMES, and calling their actual brick and mortar company listed on Google TWICE, I requested my money be refunded via TEXT TO THE OWNER (screenshots below). I've talked to an actual human once that stated "oh I thought you had your money refunded" two weeks after I ordered the product in a very unprofessional manner. I just called their office again, was shady buttoned to a full mailbox, only to be texted back by whom I assume is the owner without any resolving of my issue and being very uncouth and aggressive. Once I produced my "evidence" he demanded of our conversations, I found my number is now blocked. Not at all how you treat customers, especially those of us who save call logs, messages WITH timestamps of the owner actually stating when a product is shipping out (calling BS on that one). Hopefully we can make amends to this purchase soon. I will keep everyone updated!
