After that they stopped answering emails. I spent 15000$ and got jack in return. I am medical retired, and get 24000 a year in retirement, which i lost to my ex and her failure to follow the court order and file a correct tax return. They took half of a years income and lost everything. I asked for calls back which were ignored for weeks. Mr Bourget or Mr Pearson only cared when they got the notice they were fired. I got a call in minutes. They wanted to set up a meeting even though I told them I hired someone else. I said okay but I am not changing my mind and they canceled last minute days later. I lost custody of my kids thanks to there laziness. Avoid them. As soon as a more headline grabbing case comes along they throw you to the wolves. Then I never heard back from the lawyer for like two weeks! The saga continues when I call the office and say what is happening and that's when I keep getting transferred more then 8 times to the point where I ask for a live person and they still couldn't get me one and said she will call back and then doesn't! The. Ext day I call and say what happened again and said I need to have a live person now and they ok she's available and then transfer me to the wrong office I call back and they say oh sorry for that then send me to her line and of course answering machine!! Finally I was like I need a manager and does that help no!! She was the worse out of everything she was never available and when she was she ends up calling three to four hours later when I specifically told the receptionist " if I can't speak with her now then I need her to call within the hour I can't be sitting next to phone I need to work and this office has wasted enough of my time" the receptionist says "she will call you right back" No call three hours later she had called and so I go to call back and the receptionist says she sent you an email stating we tried to reach you and we can no longer take you as a client!! I was in shock!! Luckily I recorded all the phone calls so if I can ever get away to contact steve directly I would live for him to hear them and how I was wrongfully treated and just passed around like this office just want my quick consult fee and then to move on!
