Upon my initial contact with this dealership, I researched who was the best in sales at this location. As we know, everyone hates buying cars, so as a wise consumer, one should research who is the best and easiest to work with. My research didn't take long, and I quickly discovered that Mr. Charlie Conn was a standout at this dealership, with many reviews boasting of his "professionalism," "customer service," and his "ease" to work with. Shopping with Charlie was amazing. He truly put on a master class of customer service, patience, and attentiveness to the things my wife and I wanted in our vehicle. His proactive communication throughout the process meant I never had to wait around and wonder what was going on. Most of all, he was not pushy at all! Charlie made it evident that his end goal was not just "making the sale" but rather "making the customer happy" and getting us what we wanted in the end. Charlie is the rare salesman who understands that Hondas sell themselves. Instead, he is ultimately trying to sell you an experience and a relationship, which is the most important thing in a car sale because those last longer than any car. If you plan to own more cars in the future, this relationship is actually worth more in my opinion. Fast forward to Gary Burdick, the Finance Director. I feel like everyone usually dreads this stage of the sale, the inevitable phase of meeting with the "Finance Guy." I have met a couple of Honda finance guys in the past, being a longtime Honda owner, but Gary Burdick was a completely different story. He has literally been the best finance guy we have ever worked with, and it's not even close. Gary was so gracious and kind to us when discussing the various options of the Honda Care program and finance options. He explained every detail around the warranties and finance options available to us, and the value and peace of mind they bring. There was not one question that Gary couldn't answer about the products and warranties for Honda. He wasn't just reading from a paper; this guy knows his stuff and puts your best interest as a consumer at the forefront of everything. This is rare and appreciated. I have been a Dallas John Eagle Honda customer for three cars in the last seven years. Why the change? Well, I never had a solid relationship with any of the salesmen there, and I had a different one for each car purchase. If you want to feel like a regular client, John Eagle isn't a bad choice. But if you want to be treated like family, I wouldn't look any further than Honda of Weatherford. And I say that being about an hour away from Weatherford myself. I'm looking forward to my long-term relationship with Honda of Weatherford. Thanks, Gary Burdick, and thanks, Charlie Conn, for making this car-buying experience easy, quick, and dare I say, enjoyable!     I asked the service guy to do test on head gasket/ injectors/ and valves. They only tested valves…read moreapparently without telling me. Now I have to deal with a bad injector because on the side of the road because they said it was the valves/ spark plugs and coils were the problem. So I spent a $1,000 to get all those fixed just to find out the problem was injectors. And the service manager didn't want me to hear me out. Because saying me turning down all the bodywork for the car and unrelated to what the actual problem is. I told him everything engine related got repaired. Per their instructions. I'm not blaming them for the problems but for false diagnosis of the problems. Lazy and cheap on their part. This is not the first time they did me like this aswell. I should have learned that this will happen when I turn down things that have no relevance to problem of the car.

    Very disappointed with my experience here. First got an oil change and they replaced the cabin…read morefilter. Whe I got my car back the ac fan was super loud so I got out and asked the mechanic about it. He said he thought something had dropped down but it should go away in a couple of days. It didn't. So two weeks later my engine light goes on and took it back to see what it was and they told me a vacuum seal needed replacing. They could do it on Thursday. I showed up then and the guy I talked to wasn't there and the other guy said very sternly he would need it a week to diagnose it. I reminded him I was told they could do it and the price quoted but he said nope. Won't be back. Very poor customer service.

    Received a KINGWAY flyer in the mail yesterday. Been by their shops, literally, hundreds of times,…read morenever stopped. Today I stopped @ the W'frd shop as a 'test' of mrktng blather or truth in advertising. Blaine, Mikah, the team and the techs there were 100% as advertised. Without hesitation, they immediately drove and inspected my car to determine the source of my/it's issues. Tests were done, Q&As were exchanged among us and the results determined that, despite questionable sounds, every test, comparison and measurement, my car seemed to be in safe and good working order. Blaine said he'd reach out to other human and digital sources, describe the perceived/known problems/noise and would call me should any new opinions be offered. This business and these men are a FOR PROFIT establishment and COULD have certainly tried to convince me that I should let them 'do such and such' to try and solve the issue. Not only did they NOT try that tactic, they REFUSED to accept ANY compensation from me for the work they did in the investigation process! I am no novice and could have recognized an attempt to 'lead me' into spending some money with them..that NEVER happened.. I grew up in a small town so I can unequivocally say that it has been DECADES since I have had such a unique, honest, professional, unexpected and enjoyable interaction with auto mechanics....like small towns USED to have...with these men and this company! I called to speak to the owner, Brandon Waters, to relate my experience and spoke with John Lobato, a KINGWAY Manager in Aledo.. He was gracious, most appreciative and was happy to hear that 'his guys' are doing and being what they were hired to do! BOTTOM LINE..Folks.. take your car problems to them..
