I do not recommend this location. Got an oil change before a weekend trip to Houston, after returning home found our vehicle leaking oil in the garage. Got underneath to find the under carriage was covered in oil. Pulled the oil soaked dust shield off to find oil leaking from the oil plug. When I wiped all the oil away I found the oil plug had not been tightened . Upon further inspection I also found they had cracked the dust shield. See pics & video. They changed my oil and communicated the price, did an ok job but how do you screw that up? I asked for some diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and they put a typical "box" amount into the vehicle. Granted, I should have asked the price but unfortunately I assumed the going rate over the counter being $10 it should be a slight mark-up maybe $15-$20. When I got the bill, they charged me $60 for it. That folks is a 600% mark-up. Be careful with this store, they have no problem taking advantage of people to make a sale! Last point before I turn them in to the city of Weatherford and Jiffy Lube corporate for price gouging, I called them and offered to bring a box of DEF and get my $ back and the "manager" didn't give a shit. I was given an oil change and told I needed new 70 dollar wiper blades. I declined and then my car was suddenly ready! They seemed annoyed I didn't want the wiper blades. The paper said all my fluids were checked and topped off When I got home I had no washer fluid and no antifreeze. I called them back right away and the guy who answered the phone chuckled and said my bad! He said being it back in but I will never go there again! read more

Their ad says you can stay in your car...only if you want to surrender your keys and roll up your windows while they work. (In Texas this could be a death sentence) Had to go wait in their tired and smelly waiting room while they all cussed at the top of their voice in the shop. They did the usual up sale...why can't someplace offer to just change your oil? They did not check my tires-still had a TPMS light on the dash upon leaving. I watch my truck being pulled in to the bay and it appeared that my truck was put in park before is was fully stopped. I watch as my truck rock violently back and forth. I was told the manager pulled my truck in to the bay. Hope they got a good look at my face because they'll never see it again. Do your car a favor and go anywhere except here. read more

I come to this place to get a inspection on my pick up next the I try to get my registration don, well jiffy employee forgot to sign the paperwor, so I drive to the jiffy lube at 8:30am but the employee who did my inspection supposed star working till 9am I wait till 9:25 he fina show up with an attitude, he just walk to my truck I hive him the pepper he get it and signed and hive back to my like he was fire up, I well I guess no he's day today read more

My boyfriend took my car in for a oil change about two months ago and my skid plate wasn't put back on correctly (I was told when I took it back that the pins weren't put back on) so a piece of it tore off. I went up there and explained to Tabor what had happened and he so far has been the only helpful person and didn't make me feel like I'm a nuisance. He told me to come back and speak with Rick at 9 the next day and even apologized for the phones being down that day.. So I went back to speak with Rick when I got off the next day and waited since they were busy for him to look at my car. He did and then informed me that it was something on them and that he was going to take the piece that had been torn off and make a report and send it up the chain to get the money from corporate to replace it since it was from them not placing those pins back correctly. Great! I felt pleased that this was going to be quick and easy! LOL that's what I get for thinking. I've now called 3 times up there asking for an update and I never seem to be able to catch Rick even if it's early and a week day. I get other random guys and when I ask they say "oh yeah the red car, let me get your info and I'll have one of my managers or Rick give you a call with a update" so then they proceed to take down the year, make, model, and my info for another time. What's the point of asking for our phone numbers for the "account" if every time I call for something that I thought was "handled" and every time they either can't find it or need to take everything down again??? Some of the absolute worst lead management I have ever seen. Literally no one can call me and just say "hey it's on it's way!" Or even just some sort of update. UPDATE. I have emailed the email that was given on here and on Google and still have not been contacted!!! WHAT. A. JOKE!!! I just wanted something super simple that's already been confirmed by the manager at jiffy lube that it was their fault and that they would take care of. I've left my phone, email, and name!! If I could write a review for less than one star I would. My wife brought our 2013 Audi in for a full synthetic oil change. The original visit was good. they were respectful, asked about changing the air filter (it did need it) with no problems with the initial visit. However, that night when I got home from work my wife noticed an oil puddle in the garage. I crawled underneath to inspect the oil pan and plug, oil all over my skid plate, my oil pan, and the back of the engine. The oil filter for my Audi is on top of the engine so when they put it back on they didn't clean up the mess they made.. or clean it up in general. Now, this was after 8 o'clock so I couldn't call them then. I waited until the morning and talked to the manager there at the store in Weatherford, TX. He and another employee quickly but blame on the oil pan gasket.... After about 2 hours they finally told my wife that the leak was coming from the drain plug. Mind you it had no problems before we took the Audi in. And had been inspected by an Audi dealership. I definitely won't be taking any of my vehicles back to this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They tried to pass the blame off on something else instead of taking responsibility for messing the plug up. If you run a business you should run it with integrity. You are in the customer service industry. **Update** After a few days of figuring out what the problem was the store GM took care of everything. They had to order a new cap from audi that would fit right. On top of that gave me a free oil change. Washed the engine down. In the end I'm satisfied. All though it shouldn't take this long and as many trips to get to the bottom of a problem like that. In the end they took care of the problem. read more

We took our truck there to get it inspected. We checked the wiper blades before we went in and there was nothing wrong with them. The worker running the state inspection came inside and told us one of the wipers was torn. They would have both been torn if they were bad. So the worker tore it himself. We payed for a new wiper blade and the servive fee. Then as soon as we pulled out of the parking lot, I noticed that the hood wasn't even closed. Never again Jiffy Lube. This place only gets 1 star only because ZERO stars is not an option... I pulled in at 6:15 to drop my truck off for an oil change. There were two young employees sitting on the curb with a sign, 2 or 3 other employees in the shop working in a vehicle with 2 empty bays... the young man that was tasked with holding the sign walked up to my window and asked if he could help me... I replied, I just need an oil change... his words... "uh... we have like a 2 hour break job right now so......". I replied, so you're saying I should go somewhere else? He replied, "well... uh... I'm just trying to think how long it's going to take cause we just started this one... Short story even shorter... I let him know I would go somewhere else. Apparently Jiffy Lube doesn't teach their tech's multitasking... I will never come back, customer service is everything... I am updating my review due to the fact that I received a phone call from the district manager for Jiffy Lube. He is resolving the issue that I encountered and I have to say he was extremely professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the way he handled the situation. read more

Make sure you check your oil level after they have finished. Our car was w-a-y over filled with oil to the point it started blowing out the exhaust. Our car has never done that and does not burn oil. It took 3 trips to Jiffy Lube 'cause they wouldn't fix it for my wife telling her it was normal. Bunk. The car didn't like it, that says it all. read more

Best place in parker county for an oil change and state inspection. They had me in and out quickly and provided rockstar customer service!

I took my vehicle in for a inspection and they said the windshield blades needed to be replaced. I agreed to it but the price for the blades was outragious. At least double what they were worth. I could have replaced them myself but I would have had to bring my vehicle back and get it reinspected. I felt this dealer took advantage of me and I am writing this so no one else will be taken advantage of. read more

Completely dishonest....nice, kind liars. I took my car for oil change 104$...first of all that is very expensive. I have a small SUV. Next thing I know my air filter is bad...well of course it is. The air filter they showed me to be mine was certainly NOT mine. When I got home my son went to O'reilly's and bought one for 1/3 of the price Jiffy Lube wanted to charge me. The air filter they showed to me that was supposedly mine and so bad was not even the same shape as the current one in my SUV. Completely lied!!! I brought my old ranch truck into town to get it inspected. Fluids were low so I asked them to check them. They topped off all the fluids and had to add a lot of coolant. The inspection guy got back from lunch and finished things up. They gave me the keys and said thanks. I told them I still needed to pay. They said no charge because I had to wait too long. Took my car in for a full synthetic oil change with a coupon. Told the person the type of oil change I wanted and showed her the coupon. I asked if they would check my air filter and if I needed one and it was less than twenty dollars to change it. They were busy so I took a walk to a store next door. When I came back they gave me my receipt and said that they got a shipment of parts that morning and could check to see if they had an air filter but I was in the process of checking out so I blew it off. When I checked my receipt I discovered that they didn't use full synthetic oil as I requested and the oil change sticker was wrong. I returned the next day and explained what I wanted and what happened. They refused to change the oil to what I asked for unless I paid the difference in cost and basically had an excuse for all of it. Lesson learned, won't go back. read more

I visited the 1807 S. Main St. Weatherford, TX location in December of 2019 to have the oil change on my 2018 Silverado with 19,000 miles. During the oil change, one of the techs came up to me and told me my brake fluid was low and that he had "topped it off". Roughly 3 weeks later, my brakes locked up while driving and my truck had to be towed to a dealership for repairs. The dealership informed me that my brake fluid had been contaminated and the roughly FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS in repairs would not be covered under warranty. Since the hood of my truck had not been opened since Jiffy Lube changed my oil and topped off my brake fluid, I assumed whatever the tech used to top off my brakes was the source of the contamination. When I brought this to Jiffy Lube's attention, they denied their tech topped off my brake fluid (even though he told me he did), and they refused to accept any responsibility. After having my claim denied by their insurance company (where Jiffy Lube again denied topping off my brake fluid) I ended up taking them to small claims court. I unfortunately lost my small claims case due to lack of evidence/witnesses, and because Jiffy Lube again denied topping off my brake fluid. I personally will never use Jiffy Lube again. read more

Took my vehicle to get the oil changed right after having expensive new tires that I paid extra to have filled with nitrogen gas. While my car was in the bay I saw one of the employees either putting air in the tires or checking the air in the tires (my tires stem caps are green indicating nitrogen gas). I stuck my head out the door and told the tech "Don't mess with my tires they are brand new". He said "ok" and that should have been the end of it. BUT, then this other tech who looked like he was about 16 pipes in and says, "well your brand new tires in the front were two PSI low, just saying". So I go out their to explain to him that I didn't give a good GD what his $5 air pressure gauge says, I paid almost $700 to have those brand new tires filled with nitrogen and I didn't want Jiffy Lube messing with them. And this kid, who knows absolutely nothing about anything has the nerve to get mouthy with me BC I didn't want my $42 oil change guy messing with my $700 tire guys work. The kid argued and mouthed off to the point that I got pissed and told the manger to stop work and pull my car out of the bay. Actually I said "GET YOUR SH** OUT AND OFF OF MY CAR AND PULL IT THE F OUT OF THAT BAY". Wouldn't trust that crew with a box of crayons. read more
