I'm really glad I came to this jiffy lube, it always feels like a gamble going to a quick service stop for me. This location was very comfortable and friendly. I came in the early morning and I drove right in and got to stay in my car. Employees were very kind and made me feel comfortable, they also didn't make me feel like they were selling me a bunch of stuff. Honest and flexible feedback for my car. I will come here again (: EDIT: I have lowered my review because after leaving my service I realized that my stereo and charging ports are all not working now. There must be blown fuses from them testing and connecting my battery incorrectly. My other technician let me know this is unusual and the result of improper service. read more

Made my day! Aiden went above and beyond and figured out the last place hadn't reset my notification and that I didn't need an oil change at all. He even reset it for me and rechecked to make sure everything was good. I didn't catch the name of the other person who helped me but they were also very helpful and checked my rotors and brake pads. Needed an oil change on my Volkswagen GTI. You stay in the car, and watch them do a full inspection along with the oil and filter change. I love that the team works well with each other, call out items to ensure quality of work. The one star is for the oil change. It was changed as requested. The missing four stars are because the wiper blades weren't check, the cabin air filter was never checked, the tire pressure wasn't checked and the battery wasn't even verified. These complaints are brought up because these are verified as ok on their documentation they provided. My battery needs to replaced and the right rear tire has a leak. I have an appointment at another facility to fix the headlight already which verified as ok. This is not how business should be conducted considering the amount that is charged for the services. read more

So I got an estimate in Gig Harbor but the mechanic was about to leave, off early, no way to do the work by Monday when I have a long drive... Gig Harbor store said try Tacoma or Port Orchard, any Jiffy Lube would honor the estimate. I called ahead to make sure Tacoma had a mechanic available and they said they had to do their own estimate because the one I had was only good for that technician. Huh? Then he told me they had a "Master Technician" -- I asked if that meant more expensive, and he said "probably." I went to Port Orchard, who said they'd honor the original estimate but that their mechanic was fast so it would be done in less time so less labor-- Drive to Port Orchard if you want to use Jiffy Lube, it's worth it. read more

The employees at this location are nice and friendly, but Jiffy Lube isn't like it used to be. The prices aren't competitive, even with a coupon. I could have taken my car to the dealership for a very similar price. ($115 after tax for synthetic oil in a small car, no extra quarts needed) My tire pressure was not checked, failed to top off my wiper fluid....just changed the oil and oil filter. Pretty sad. The employees are also only advertising full synthetic oil in a new car for 5k miles, being the first place ever to tell me my car can't go 10k on this oil. This was the last time for jiffy lube for me. :( read more

I went to the Jiffy Lube at 2218 Mildred St W, Tacoma, WA 98466 for an oil change, break check, tire rotation, and a few other things. While they were unable to do the tire rotation due to the location of my exhaust pipe, they were able to quickly take care of everything I asked for and more. They had seen that my windshield wipers needed replacing and were able to do that for me. Not only that, but I had sap all over my car from the summer and fall since I live near a lot of trees and they went above and beyond to remove the sap and completely clean my windshield so that the new wipers wouldn't get damaged by the sap. The wait was a little long due to the number of vehicles at the time, but it was well worth the wait for the service. The men who serviced my vehicle were Dan M., James C., William B., Byron D., and Rodger. They performed a quality job and removing the sap saved me a lot of time and money to get it done myself. These men deserve every cent of their salary and more. Thank you to all of you. read more

Each and every time I have had an oil change at the 6th Avenue and Sprague location I've been impressed by the professionalism and the sardonic humor of the manager. His workers must roll their eyes behind his back at his asides, but they all get the job done and seem to like what they are doing. Unfortunately, Jiffy Lube was not able to change the oil/filter on my 2019 Chevy Suburban. According to the manager, Jiffy Lube has not updated their database to include many 2019 models. I'm okay with that but please inform your employees. I don't appreciate being told "yes we can do the oil change" then wasting 30-40 minutes to register my SUV (because people were in front of me) only to be told by the manager that they can not do the oil change because my year is not in the database. Geez! All the employees were really nice and tried to figure it out so I can't blame them for trying but this lack of communication is which stems from the manager is the reason for the poor rating. read more

They really took care of me. They fix my coolant leak and change my oil for free. they even gave me a ride to the local O'Reillys Auto to get some coolant so that I wouldn't blow up my engine I highly recommend this place. read more
