They replaced a windshield 10 years ago for me but I couldn't remember their name so I drove into Paris to get it. The owner, Melissa, loves life and her customers and only employs the BEST! They're like family there and treated me as one of them! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

THIS is the response you send someone? Now I didn't use this joke of a business but my brother did and his money was wasted and thrown into the garbage just like how this man treated him; like garbage. I'd NEVER treat someone paying for my services this way and I run my own business. Do not use this guy or his business. What an arrogant prick. this guys text read exactly this: "Buddy leaving a review doesn't bother. my bad I been out of pocket on a big backhoe job. I never heard from you via text or heard the phone ring. So to say I'm ignoring you is funny. Now sometimes my phone doesn't receive messages. But to assholishly leave a 2* review is fun. Let's me know what kind of person you really are. Only reason I know you left a review is because my wife asking me why I just got a 2* review as she was calling me to ask how my day was. I'm contracted to be out here another week bro. Your not exactly a huge job for me so my bad that I forgot but fk off with ignoring you. If I was you would be blocked dude. I don't ignore I just block." I'm sorry but how does this joke of guy go about saying he didn't get a text nor did he get a call but then contradicts himself by saying he forgot and then tells a customer to basically fuck off after calling him an as*hole? answer that for me. They were nice and courteous while I was there and didn't try to take advantage of me by trying to convince me that my car needed all of these services that my car doesn't really need. For the first time guest they give you a $3 discount and with every oil change they give you a free car wash. Cons: The only one was that inspections are only offered on Tuesdays. I will definitely be going back.
