the only reason I come here is it's close to my house. they spill oil all over your engine and don't clean it up and report you have oil leaks. you car will leak in your driveway so I lean to put cardboard down. I also learn to check the oil level after leaving and take a photo of your engine before you go in. When I went to pay, the cashier said the $21 coupon was only for the full synthetic and the best he could give me was $15 off. After paying and getting home, I discover that the $21 coupon also applied for the synthetic blend that I got. I don't appreciate being ripped off! read more

Came in because I had a B15 maintenance pop up. The guys were very quick to assist me and explain everything my car needed. They also did a full inspection to let me know I needed brake pads also which was unexpected expense but I'm glad they caught it. They finished everything my car needed very quickly and were very nice. He also changed my brake fluid for me :) Hopefully I don't need to come back anytime soon but the next time I do, will definitely revisit this location. This is a really good Jiffy Lube. Service is fast and they're good communicators, I can ask questions and get answers without being brushed off or discouraged from asking. They're also good about calling me promptly when it's done so I don't have to ask for updates. Luis the mechanic has installed four new Bilstein shocks and two sets of brake rotors and pads for me on three different vehicles, and I haven't had a single problem, so they're definitely qualified to do more than just oil changes. The pricing is very fair and reasonable, and I have never been upsold or pressured, plus they're open to installing outside parts if you're on a budget and want to buy online. I keep coming back here even though oil changes are cheaper elsewhere because I know I'm going to get great service and quality work. read more

Shady! When in for a vehicle inspection to do uber and lyft. He passed me without looking at my car. Tried to get me to pay him cash and give me a $10 discount so I could puck it and steal the money. Didn't even fill in the vehicle information vin number etc.. told me to do it at home. Asked him for a little air in my tire. He told me I must put nitrogen in. Lazy poor customer service. read more

On Sunday, 9/1/24 at about 2pm, I went to the Jiffylube at 27240 La Paz Rd, Mission Viejo, CA 92692 for an oil change. There was no other car in service. I have a 2009 Mini Cooper S. The associate gave me an estimate $135 for the full synthetic oil change. I said I would like just a regular conventional oil change. He said no, "your car requires full synthetic, this type of oil service". I told him that I always have regular conventional oil service for my Mini Cooper. He refused to do the service with regular conventional oil. It seems like he wanted to get/cheat me for an extra $80. I left. FYI. read more

$110 for an oil change for a 4 cylinder Mazda3. I used to change my own oil, it took 20 minutes and was about $22 for all materials including Synthetic Oil. In looked up the full Synthetic service at the nearest Walmart and they charge $47.00. To me it's worth the extra 30 minutes of drive time to go to Walmart to save $50. Not sure how anyone can justify gouging people this much. Good thing they have plenty of lube on hand. read more

They go above and beyond to make sure that My vehicle is well taken care of from tire pressure to changing my filters and they do it with a friendly smile. Don't go here if you have a high performance/European car. I should have known better but came here for the convenience with respect to oil changes for my BMW X5 turbo. The last time I did the oil change, everything seemed fine. But after a while, the car started to drip oil and it became more and more intense, effectively damaging my driveway due to the amount of oil coming out. I went to a European specialist in Laguna Hills and he informed me that the last oil change done was not done correctly. There were issues with the O Ring, oil filter housing, gasket, etc. and it was not done properly. He charged me to clean up all of the oil and then do a proper oil change. I called Jiffy Lube afterward and spoke to an "Askar", who I told what happened. He wouldn't accept any of it and essentially denied it, saying that it was done correctly and if there were issues, they would have shown up earlier (really?). I let him know I received a second opinion from a European specialist and he has diagnosed it as he specializes in these cars. Again, "Askar" denied my assertion and denied that Jiffy Lube did anything wrong. He later called me back and told me that the manager wants me to call him; I did not call the manager since they had my number and if the manager wanted to sincerely talk, he would have called me by now being that it's been over a week. Long story short, lesson learned. This place might be fine for regular, non-high performance cars, and non-European cars. But buyer beware. Thank God they didn't damage my car and it was fixable. And professionally, they don't take any ownership for their actions. I will not being going back here ever again. read more

Today, I went to this particular JL to have my car inspected for Uber. I was greeted by on of the guys, informing that the person, Tony who will do the inspection is on break. Waited just less than five minutes, Mr. Tony came to my car, bringing his clipboard to collect all my documents. He was very nice, asking me questions about my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, patient with me. In less than twenty minutes I had the inspection done by Mr. Tony, paid the fee and I was on my way home.
