I have gone to this location twice. The first time was two years ago. I paid for an oil change, and was rewarded with oil on my door, ignition, steering wheel, dashboard, and floor mats. I contacted their corporate office and got no response from anyone. I went back yesterday to get my car inspected. There appeared to be a whole new staff, so I decided to give them another shot. There were three employees and one only car inside.. I was told to back my car up to the back of the lot and leave the keys inside. I did that, then went inside. I didn't hear from anyone there again. Ten minutes later, another car pulled up and was immediately pulled into a bay. There was no employee inside, and I couldn't get an answer as to when I was going to be helped. I also felt uncomfortable leaving my car unlocked and out of view with the keys inside. There is a lot of traffic in this parking lot, and my car could have disappeared (along with my house keys and home address inside). Just stay away from this location. read more

How much do I hate walking into anything related to car repair places? Is there a chart? I try to send my husband if my trusted destinations are closed or out of range. Why you ask? You must be male. Because every woman knows that the moment we drive up we are seen as big fat suckers. My air filter looks like that? Look how murky that fluid is when it should be this lovely shade of pearlescent pink! What do you mean my wiper fluid container is cracked? How could this be? How can I possibly have been so ill informed.? A. I came in for an oil change. B. No one asked you to look at my wipers. Which I guess were installed by a less than a tier 1 wiper installer as they must be replaced IMMEDIATELY. C. No one asked you to check any filters or fluids. No one said they were checking these things so in way I feel a bit violated. D. Turn off the sense of urgency. My ac won't blow up or poison me if I don't change the filter. F. ASAP on Hwy 6!!! Open up on Sunday! I miss you. Oh. And just a quick note. When I came out the oil maintenance light was still on. When I asked why it wasn't reset I was told that hybrids are complicated and that if I gave them some time they could look it up. I have been here for 30 minutes while you checked shit you weren't supposed to how about this? This company doesn't care about its customers or employees for example. I have pictures of mold in the walls and ceilings that was painted over without being replaced. These guys saved the day I went to another shop to get grease in the grease inserts on my 95 firebird and they flat out lied to me and said I had none ....the guys at Jiffy Lube checked them out and serviced my cars grease inserts after I was told I had none at the other show.... I've been to another Jiffy Lube location, but I keep coming back to this one. The employees at this location are friendly, courteous, and professional. They never push me to buy additional things that I don't need, and they actually remember me, even when it's been six months since my last visit. The only thing I don't like about this location (and it's a very, very minor dislike), is the waiting room. They desperately need some window blinds! Took my car here for an oil change. I KNOW I need a new air filter. They said I didn't. Supposedly topped off my fluid, but I am now in need of power steering fluid less than a month later. They change your oil and nothing more. Worse Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. read more

I have been going to this location for several years. I take my new car and my old truck (which has over 210K miles) to this location and I have never had a problem. However, today's visit was different. I noticed that there has definitely been a staff change. The new manager, Juan, was very informative and helpful. I brought 3 very thick Instyle magazines with me to read while I waited for my car to be serviced, even though there wasn't anyone in front of me, because you never know. How about I was in and out within 15 minutes? That included my full synthetic oil change and the replacement of 2 filters (cabin & regular). I was quite please with that as well as the level of customer service that Juan and the other techs provided. I will be back! read more

First time there was smooth. Tiffany has great customer service so I go back for a second time but I regretted it. David j gave half the service for an oil change but I payed full price $41.99. His reason? I said I wanted an oil change and nothing else. Nothing else means no extra charges or pushing to change unnecessary parts like wipers air filters etc. I didn't get the loyalty discount too because I didn't ask for it or present previous receipt though the jiffy lube sticker was on my windshield. When I said "you wouldn't treat a guy like this" and Devontae replied that a guy wouldn't say oil change and nothing else. When I ask if this is how they treat their customers David j asks if I could go back to a dollar store after purchase to complain. After asking for my card to apply the discount he then tells me I'm raising my voice so he's not going to do anything about their mistake anymore. He then tells me I belong in a dollar store and that I can go call his boss. I guess since he knows so much about the dollar store that's where he belongs. read more

Jiffy Lube damaged my vehicle and took no responsibility for it, nor did they try to rectify the situation at all. I called and complained with the corporate office and they were no help either, all I got was an email from them stating they were going to forward the complaint to the store it happend at. they are very unprofessional and I personally will never use them again. Companies should not be able to do this and get away with it, now I have to pay out of my own pocket to fix the leather seats in my vehicle that Jiffy Lube damaged.
