I've been here three times for myself and family. Each experience has been positive. Staff knows their stuff and the service personnel couldn't be more friendly respectful, and professional in the field. Will always recommend when possible to friends and family. Especially this location because they are on point. read more

Jiffy Lube - Receipt - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Easton, Pennsylvania

Always trust my oil changes to Jiffy Lube. Great service and trustworthy workers who take good care of car.

Beware!!! Mgr here is a scammer and makes excuses to dishonor company-driven discounts/coupons...

Great place a lot more than just oil changes. Complete auto care they take their time to correctly diagnose the issue and work very hard to get it resolved. A special thanks to Troy who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied I highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube. read more

I came into this establishment overwhelmed because of my car problems, I was met by staff members Jeff who greeted me at the door and strived to get me the best deal. I also was greeted by Jibrail, who also was very courteous both were very knowledgeable about my car. But all praises go to the mechanic on site JD aka John who got my car issues resolved same day. I am so appreciative of the knowledge and professionalism that was shown. I would recommend JIffy Lube on Nazareth Road in Easton PA!! Great Job!!! New customer Rhonda read more

Overpriced and always upselling work that isnt necessary on your car. Waited around for over an hour. Jiffy wasn't so jiffy.

Found the listing on google, as my car needed an oil change at an establishment close to my house. I called prior to going here and found out there were no scheduled appointments, it was first come/first serve. What a nice group of employees! They take COVID and CDC precautions seriously but have adapted quite well in still providing good customer service. It was a drive through service, done quickly and efficiently. I was informed of upcoming services that will need to be done to my car, given a breakdown of services and was done! It's getting harder to find businesses that believe in good customer service; glad I found this one. read more

In and out quickly, good price for Pennzoil Platinum full synthetic, would go back for another oil change.

My last visit to Jiffy Lube was extremely positive. I visited on March 1st with my BMW oil light on. It was on for many weeks and my previous visit yielded zero results. The attendant kept saying he couldn't check my engine when that was not true. I went back 2 other times with the same results. I started to be come very worried. I made a visit on Friday and the negative attendant was not there, thank goodness. The positive attendant scanned my car and associated that equipment that reads your engine and it turned out I was down 6 quarts of BMW engine oil. They didn't have it in stock and so I ordered it online and it came the next day. I decided to come back March 1 and was greeted with smiles. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No stoppage with them. I was also given a discount for my inconvenience, which was delightful. Will I return to Jiffy Lube Easton, for sure. read more

5 star review at this Jiffy Lube location. Knowledgeable staff and really took the time to go over service specifics. Always professional here. read more

This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube. When I arrived home I looked at the invoice I was handed and I saw under "Service Comments"... 1 AF bolt missing PTS Body damage prior to service Damaged skid plate Missing skid plate bolts Oil level overfull on arrival None of these problems was mentioned. Instead, the service representative tried to talk me into a transmission fluid change. My car has no body damage and I doubt it even has a skid plate. (Most cars today don't have skid plates.) I doubt I'll return to Jiffy lube for car service. Dan Cwynar read more

The team at this location is really great. They worked well together and kept people moving through in a timely manner - very efficient! Rayshawn was especially helpful and walked me through the entire process, checking with me to make sure I was well-informed and felt confident about what they were doing. They very kindly accepted my coupon as well! 10/10 experience - everyone went above and beyond to make it great read more

Been getting service at the Palmer store for years. They've always been genuine with me and efficient and reliable with my vehicles. I would fully recommend this branch to anyone. read more

Hayley was amazing. She was very helpful and informative. Definitely would recommend coming to this jiffy lube. Best experience and employee hands down. Thank you so much for your help Hayley!!! read more

Pull up - they come out to you and lead you inside. Super pleasant people - fast oil change and of course they go over what's recommended. I did not choose anything so back to waiting room for few minutes and back out. Window cleaned , fluids filled , off I go. I'm happy. read more

This was seriously the worst experience I have had with "new normal" COVID restrictions. I was forced to stay in my hot car with a mask and all but one window rolled up and that one had to be half way up. The temp was 88 degrees if I was someone's pet the cops would have come and broke a window to get me out. Seriously rude staff like they were doing my a favor allowing me to experience this terrible treatment. Never using jiffy lube again if this is how customers are treated now. So terrible go at your own risk!!!!! read more

Exceptional customer service. Sami and Tyler were amazing, along with the entire Saturday crew. They had me on the road in no time.

John, Hayley, Christian and Julian are a great team! I was having a problem with my tire pressure. John tested each tire and found that they were way over-inflated so he check them all, told me I should adjust them at the beginning of each season and even showed me how to use a tire pressure gauge. When is asked what I owed, he said "No charge" Awesome! read more

This is an excellent Jiffy lube. Go on a Non busy time and and your in and out. I dont feel pressured in any way to purchase extra services. Of course its protocol for these places to sugest sell. I simply say "ill take the basic oil change please". Any other suggestions are not pushed on you.. They have been thorough and friendly every time I use them. Everyone conducts themselves professionally. Its a professionally run buisness. There are a couple of people who have been working there since I started using them, they are a pleasure to deal with. One of them being a lady. Ive been to some terrible oil change places and this is "Not" one of them. read more

My visit to Jiffy Lube reminded me why I generally avoid them. On the upside, they were friendly and thorough. On the downside, their business model is such that they are required to try to up-sell you on whatever they can, even when you make clear that you know exactly what you want. You really need to be on your guard, fending off every expensive service your car allegedly requires, and this makes the visit stressful, to say the least. Still, I tip my hat to the technician who kept the up-selling to a minimum when I explained I had no interest. But what really turned me sour was the nickel and diming. I asked for wipers and was told they were $13.99 each. When the bill came, one wiper was $13.99, the other was $15.99. Why? Well the way the design works, one is 4 inches longer than the other. That's a perfectly reasonable explanation...if they had told me. But they DON'T tell you. They put the extra two dollars on the bill, working with the assumption that the customer is going to feel like an idiot arguing over two dollars for what is really a reasonable charge. What they get, instead, is a customer who probably won't come back. read more

Every time I come here it's great service I highly recommend business to be done here and especially with RayShawn!

This is going to be a long one guys. Jiffy lube is a place I take my car to for oil changes when needed and I've had nothing but good even wholesome experiences with them, at the Allentown location on catasaqua rd. This one time however my daughter had my car and was in easton and decided to take it there (old nazareth rd) location. Right off the bat my daughter says it was such a nasty experience due to the unqualified staff that works there and I hate to say it but I found out it was women‍ one that claimed to be the "pregnant" manager who hung up the phone on me after screaming at me when I was trying to find out what the issue was with her trying to get my 16 year old to sign a "waiver" prior to servicing my car, they said that my car has been getting the "wrong oil" this whole time and that they didn't feel comfortable doing the oil change, this is when my daughter relays that info to me so I say, it's fine take it to jersey since you're close to there, on 22 there's a valvoline. She texts me back with never mind they started doing it already, now I'm really confused. I said didn't they say the wouldn't do it, she said she didn't even end up signing a waiver because the woman never even handed it to her. Now I'm on the phone with this "pregnant" "manager" trying to find out why this is going on and why they're charging $125 for an oil change, as I'm asking her why the price and why do the oil change at all if there were issues to beging with she starts screaming at me and says she's "too pregnant" to be dealing with me and hangs up on me. Once the drama of the oil change is complete, her "pregnant" "manager" and some other woman decide to scream at my daughter and her friend who was the with her to "GET OUT, LEAVE and NEVER COME HERE AGAIN" MY my daughter calls me and tells me this so obviously I'm fuming at this and I find out that they didn't charge her anything and decided to berate her as she's leaving, all because they decided to start off with nonsense. Once my car is on file shouldn't they just do as it says? Or is that just me who thinks this? This is by far the most infuriating experience, if anyone has any similar experience please share so places like this don't continue on carrying with questionable businesses practices. I look forward to hearing from the company to personally address these concerns. read more

I was treated horribly here! This was the first time I ever brought my car for an oil change, my ex always brought it in. So I was really nervous- sounds silly, I know! I walked in the office there and the desk guy started angrily accusing me of "waving off " the girl who he said was coming out to greet me. I did not see anyone. Honestly. I can't remember all he said but he ended w "you have a 20 min wait for us to even start' (normally that would be fine) but since he belittled me in front of 3 other customers, I left. I believe in good customer service and this was uncalled for. I was almost in tears. This may sound dramatic to some but I don't think he should have acted the way he did. read more

shanie, damian , john and joey have me exceptional and fast service ! the waiting room was very inviting and warm will definitely be coming back , thank you everyone !! read more

Had time to kill while my pot bellied pig was being spayed. I'm from Central Jersey. Google places for oil changes. So very happy this place came up. Courteous and professional workers. Listened to me when I wanted the cheapest oil because my vehicle is a lease. No argument like by where I live. These guys are great!!!! Thanks for a pleasant experience read more

I got the worst service here. Took an hour for a simple oil change with one car before me. I've been to others that had me in and out in 15-20 minutes. It's not like they were short on help, 5 guys just mostly standing around. Won't be returning to this location. read more

I decided to go there for an oil change and initially the man who attended to me said is going to be 20-25 minutes. About an hour later I'm still sitting there. The staff was super friendly which means something, but that's about it. The office waiting area was cold. I understood that they were short; however, if they had told me that's going to be an hour wait I would of just come back another day or later. Extremely disappointed with their performance. read more

Excellent service, I'm originally from Nj, moved to Lopatcong nj recently and needed to get my oil changed . As a jiffy lube customer I Of course looked for the nearest JL. Was very satisfied on my first encounter . Very friendly staff , informative and most importantly followed Covid guidelines to ensure everyone's safety . I was in and out in 25 mins for an oil change . Happy to have found JL in Nazareth PA! read more

Quick and efficient. We stayed in our car for the entire process. They sanitized the credit card reader before bringing it over to our window. Everyone was wearing a mask. read more

friendly staff that help me get out fast. they had many parts in stock for my car.

Based on one experience I was a little disappointed. The work was fine, I was offered but not pressured to do more than the oil change, and it was quick. But it was also hasty. I had to explain the same thing to three people and actually I got conflicting information about a warning light and a diagnostic I was promised was not done. One guy was clearly tired of his job. I'll try another location next time, though maybe it was just an off-day for them. read more

Contrary to the former review, I was shocked at how rudely I was treated. The barely audible, mumbled "May I help you" was simply lip service. They didn't wait for an answer. They didn't answer any questions I had but simply ignored me, moving through their motions like mindless, emotionless automatons. Any attempt at engagement regarding my concerns with my car was met with an indifference that clearly reflected an attitude meant to express "You mean absolutely nothing to us". The strangest part was that I went in wanting to spend money because I wanted to treat my car well and I couldn't even get them to be human. Worst of all my car doesn't drive as well as it did when I brought it there. Tomorrow, I'll need to bring it somewhere else to flush out what they did and double check the work. I will NEVER go back. read more

Terrible customer service and not worth the price!!! They treated me like I was some dumb woman because my knowledge of cars lacks. One time I pulled up to get an oil change and one of their employees had the entire driveway blocked while he sat in his car and smoked cigarettes. I will NEVER go to another Jiffy Lube again. If you live in the Easton Phillipsburg area I would recommend Lube Plus in PBurg. Less expensive and great with customers. read more

The staff in this is Jiffy Lube is very Knowledgeable. It's my first time coming to this place I am very impressed after finishing paying my car off this year and Started to look around for places to keep maintaining my car, as for this I wish I can give them a 10 stars instead of 5 lol. I love the service and thank you again on letting me know it's a sensor for one of my airbags I will most definitely going to get that check and fix. I will be definitely by coming back to get other services done for my car. Thanks again guys keep up the good work read more

If you read my prior reviews I have been very unhappy with two other oil changing locations. They were other brands. Today due to time and location I had to do Jiffy Lube. Yes price is higher but was impressive. The met me with their names and showed me to waiting room with fresh coffee. Then time for the sales pitch showing me the filters and yes they were dirty. Funny they say they clean the windows but it was heavy rains. They told me due to the rain they do not clean them. At least they told me. Overall good job read more
