Found the listing on google, as my car needed an oil change at an establishment close to my house. I called prior to going here and found out there were no scheduled appointments, it was first come/first serve. What a nice group of employees! They take COVID and CDC precautions seriously but have adapted quite well in still providing good customer service. It was a drive through service, done quickly and efficiently. I was informed of upcoming services that will need to be done to my car, given a breakdown of services and was done! My last visit to Jiffy Lube was extremely positive. I visited on March 1st with my BMW oil light on. It was on for many weeks and my previous visit yielded zero results. The attendant kept saying he couldn't check my engine when that was not true. I went back 2 other times with the same results. I started to be come very worried. I made a visit on Friday and the negative attendant was not there, thank goodness. The positive attendant scanned my car and associated that equipment that reads your engine and it turned out I was down 6 quarts of BMW engine oil. They didn't have it in stock and so I ordered it online and it came the next day. I decided to come back March 1 and was greeted with smiles. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No stoppage with them. I was also given a discount for my inconvenience, which was delightful. Will I return to Jiffy Lube Easton, for sure. read more

This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube. When I arrived home I looked at the invoice I was handed and I saw under "Service Comments"... 1 AF bolt missing PTS Body damage prior to service Damaged skid plate Missing skid plate bolts Oil level overfull on arrival None of these problems was mentioned. Instead, the service representative tried to talk me into a transmission fluid change. My car has no body damage and I doubt it even has a skid plate. (Most cars today don't have skid plates.) This was seriously the worst experience I have had with "new normal" COVID restrictions. I was forced to stay in my hot car with a mask and all but one window rolled up and that one had to be half way up. The temp was 88 degrees if I was someone's pet the cops would have come and broke a window to get me out. Seriously rude staff like they were doing my a favor allowing me to experience this terrible treatment. Never using jiffy lube again if this is how customers are treated now. This is going to be a long one guys. Jiffy lube is a place I take my car to for oil changes when needed and I've had nothing but good even wholesome experiences with them, at the Allentown location on catasaqua rd. This one time however my daughter had my car and was in easton and decided to take it there (old nazareth rd) location. Right off the bat my daughter says it was such a nasty experience due to the unqualified staff that works there and I hate to say it but I found out it was women‍ one that claimed to be the "pregnant" manager who hung up the phone on me after screaming at me when I was trying to find out what the issue was with her trying to get my 16 year old to sign a "waiver" prior to servicing my car, they said that my car has been getting the "wrong oil" this whole time and that they didn't feel comfortable doing the oil change, this is when my daughter relays that info to me so I say, it's fine take it to jersey since you're close to there, on 22 there's a valvoline. She texts me back with never mind they started doing it already, now I'm really confused. I said didn't they say the wouldn't do it, she said she didn't even end up signing a waiver because the woman never even handed it to her. Now I'm on the phone with this "pregnant" "manager" trying to find out why this is going on and why they're charging $125 for an oil change, as I'm asking her why the price and why do the oil change at all if there were issues to beging with she starts screaming at me and says she's "too pregnant" to be dealing with me and hangs up on me. Once the drama of the oil change is complete, her "pregnant" "manager" and some other woman decide to scream at my daughter and her friend who was the with her to "GET OUT, LEAVE and NEVER COME HERE AGAIN" MY my daughter calls me and tells me this so obviously I'm fuming at this and I find out that they didn't charge her anything and decided to berate her as she's leaving, all because they decided to start off with nonsense. Once my car is on file shouldn't they just do as it says? Or is that just me who thinks this? This is by far the most infuriating experience, if anyone has any similar experience please share so places like this don't continue on carrying with questionable businesses practices. This is an excellent Jiffy lube. Go on a Non busy time and and your in and out. I dont feel pressured in any way to purchase extra services. Of course its protocol for these places to sugest sell. I simply say "ill take the basic oil change please". Any other suggestions are not pushed on you.. They have been thorough and friendly every time I use them. Everyone conducts themselves professionally. Its a professionally run buisness. There are a couple of people who have been working there since I started using them, they are a pleasure to deal with. My visit to Jiffy Lube reminded me why I generally avoid them. On the upside, they were friendly and thorough. On the downside, their business model is such that they are required to try to up-sell you on whatever they can, even when you make clear that you know exactly what you want. You really need to be on your guard, fending off every expensive service your car allegedly requires, and this makes the visit stressful, to say the least. Still, I tip my hat to the technician who kept the up-selling to a minimum when I explained I had no interest. But what really turned me sour was the nickel and diming. I asked for wipers and was told they were $13.99 each. When the bill came, one wiper was $13.99, the other was $15.99. Why? Well the way the design works, one is 4 inches longer than the other. That's a perfectly reasonable explanation...if they had told me. But they DON'T tell you. They put the extra two dollars on the bill, working with the assumption that the customer is going to feel like an idiot arguing over two dollars for what is really a reasonable charge. What they get, instead, is a customer who probably won't come back. read more

I was treated horribly here! This was the first time I ever brought my car for an oil change, my ex always brought it in. So I was really nervous- sounds silly, I know! I walked in the office there and the desk guy started angrily accusing me of "waving off " the girl who he said was coming out to greet me. I did not see anyone. Honestly. I can't remember all he said but he ended w "you have a 20 min wait for us to even start' (normally that would be fine) but since he belittled me in front of 3 other customers, I left. I decided to go there for an oil change and initially the man who attended to me said is going to be 20-25 minutes. About an hour later I'm still sitting there. The staff was super friendly which means something, but that's about it. The office waiting area was cold. I understood that they were short; however, if they had told me that's going to be an hour wait I would of just come back another day or later. Based on one experience I was a little disappointed. The work was fine, I was offered but not pressured to do more than the oil change, and it was quick. But it was also hasty. I had to explain the same thing to three people and actually I got conflicting information about a warning light and a diagnostic I was promised was not done. One guy was clearly tired of his job. It's my first time coming to this place I am very impressed after finishing paying my car off this year and Started to look around for places to keep maintaining my car, as for this I wish I can give them a 10 stars instead of 5 lol. Contrary to the former review, I was shocked at how rudely I was treated. The barely audible, mumbled "May I help you" was simply lip service. They didn't wait for an answer. They didn't answer any questions I had but simply ignored me, moving through their motions like mindless, emotionless automatons. Any attempt at engagement regarding my concerns with my car was met with an indifference that clearly reflected an attitude meant to express "You mean absolutely nothing to us". The strangest part was that I went in wanting to spend money because I wanted to treat my car well and I couldn't even get them to be human. Worst of all my car doesn't drive as well as it did when I brought it there. Tomorrow, I'll need to bring it somewhere else to flush out what they did and double check the work. One time I pulled up to get an oil change and one of their employees had the entire driveway blocked while he sat in his car and smoked cigarettes. I will NEVER go to another Jiffy Lube again. If you read my prior reviews I have been very unhappy with two other oil changing locations. They were other brands. Today due to time and location I had to do Jiffy Lube. Yes price is higher but was impressive. The met me with their names and showed me to waiting room with fresh coffee. Then time for the sales pitch showing me the filters and yes they were dirty. Funny they say they clean the windows but it was heavy rains. They told me due to the rain they do not clean them. At least they told me. Overall good job read more

Horrible place! Pulled in, 4th car in line at 10 am. Technician so incredibly rude! Wanted the transmission filter changed. Couldn't give price until they pulled truck in. I was there on Saturday 3/2/2019 for an oil change and cabin filter change. I was treated fine and the wait wasn't horrible although they had on bay blocked and everyone was going back and forth on the cars. By that night I had the check engine 4X4 and traction control lights on my car. I had to take my car to the dealership on Monday and pay a diagnostic fee to find they left a hose disconnected when they changed the filters. I have tried to call for last 2 days and I get no answer. What was supposed to be a convenient thing to get an oil change not only became inconvenient but also cost me more money. My oil change was quick and easy. I got in and out of there within 20 minutes.

This place has more rules than a TSA checkpoint. I pull up near, but not in, an open bay from an adjacent public alley and they tell me I must pull around the front of the building, through a major intersection, to end up right where I already was, the only customer there. Then they tell me to close all my windows, which is the exact opposite of every other jiffy lube I've ever been to, which has asked me to make sure to leave my driver's window is left open as a failsafe against accidentally locking the keys in the car. Then they told me they can't proceed without my home address. My car is most certainly already in the system but even so why on Earth do they need to know where you live in order to put clean oil in your car? Is there a lot of fraud in which people bring other people's cars in and have clean oil put in them? (If do, that sounds great to me.) It reminded me of going to RadioShack back when you had to give over your home address to buy batteries. I have gone to jiffy lubes for a long time because they are fastidious. And I have kept coming back even after one put a fuel filter in my car backwards, costing me six months of headaches and half my expected gas mileage. But whoever pulls the strings here needs to tell their people to relax a little bit. It should be okay if someone turns into the parking lot from the alley and it should also be okay if someone just wants to get an oil change without telling everybody where they live and where to send endless promotions. an oil change here cost about 50 bucks which is $20 more than almost every place else. I think the extra money is worth it if they take care of everything on the checklist and give you a decent experience. But there is no reason at all to pay for a $50 oil change and have the employees make you feel like a jerk because you entered their premises from the wrong direction and don't feel like giving over your address just to get a basic service. read more

Not happy with this place. My son and I went there on Saturday for a oil change and tire rotation for his car. The place has 3 service bays. One bay was blocked and the other 2 had cars being serviced. We were 2nd in line for service. First 2 cars were completed and pulled out. The car in front of ours pulled into bay and my son's shortly after. We both commented how the service staff were running back and forth with the 2 cars. My sons car was left unserviced for several minutes and again one person went from car to car and the same for the rest of the staff. We both said team work is good, but this sure looked confusing and you would think they work either split the crew between the cars to get them completed. We get the car home and my son said look my engine is smoking. There oil was spilled all over the frame. The shop was closed at that time. When my son got back home near Reading he said the next day there was a large amount of oil on the ground. He took the car to work and found that this Jiffy Lube in Palmer twsp put a extra quart in the engine that what was needed . He called corporate office to complain. They said they were sorry and he needs to bring the car back to them for corrections. They will credit the bill. Great he has to bring it back to this place in Easton. Plus the staff that made the errors are going to work on his car again. There will be a response to this comment "we are sorry etc". Never mind the response listen to the customers comments and do something about it so they don't happen again. read more
