Axel provided a very reasonable estimate up front for concrete demo and removal. After they started the job and it became clear that the slab was 6" thick instead of the 3-4" they quoted, they let me know and did their best to fit as much as they could in the initial load. Needless to say, the additional thickness required a lot more work to break up and an additional load to haul off. Axel provided a reasonable estimate for the added work and got he job taken care of quickly. I'd work with this team again!

Buyer beware!…read more Despite collecting a deposit 3 weeks in advance, Aaron showed up very late outside of the pickup window and had the gall to leave early + request additional compensation to return and finish the job since he overbooked his day. This is an additional charge that he wants on TOP of the fuel surcharge he snuck onto the final invoice. Now I have to bring a dolly and help my mother move the refrigerator Aaron + his crew left outside for her. Aaron is sharp enough to screw you, but not professional enough to manage his own books; spend an extra couple $$$ somewhere else and avoid working with this shyster.

This was a very poor and concerning experience. The job was severely underbid and underestimated…read moredespite us providing detailed photos, video, and the exact address in advance so the project could be accurately quoted. We paid a down payment to secure the work. The crew arrived approximately an hour later than the scheduled time and did not complete the job as outlined in the written contract. Despite the contract not being fulfilled, they repeatedly harassed my family at our residence, refused to leave until they received full payment, and threatened to bring back all of the items they had hauled away during the prior day's work if payment was not made. If the job was going to cost more than the quoted amount, that should have been communicated honestly and upfront before any payment was collected or work began. Pressuring a family at their home under these circumstances was completely unprofessional. I strongly recommend that QuikTrip Hauling provide accurate quotes and be transparent about potential additional charges before starting a job. Based on our experience, this felt misleading and coercive. Proceed with caution!!
