2 x instillation dates cancelled when new conservatory roof finaly installed wrong fittings for…read moreguttering to one side so job could not be finished , told had to pay in full & job would be completed asap. return visit to complete guttering booked for 1wks time, fitters failed to turn up, apologies from armour and new booking for 4 days time arranged. on day of rearranged booking fitters turned up' not original fitters. it was raining and first time i had been in conservatory since instillation to be greeted with a pool of water from leaking roof. i was informed that they couldnt repair leak the leak there & then due to rain & friday afternoon. another appointment made for following monday, when fitters arrived monday i was told leak was due to guttering missing & rectified! how can a company leave a job for 2wks knowing full well that if it rains it would probably leak! especialy as they brag about years of experience.
