Everyone is very friendly, and you get offered drinks and magazines, so it is a relaxing experience. It can get a bit pricey, but they do offers at certain times of the year and if you wait for them, it's not bad at all. I made the mistake of getting my hair cut by my mum's hairdresser in the summer, and so had to go to Rush to get it put right again.
