My main issues and why I finally decided to cancel their services was due to how they handle rescheduling and their price increase this year. If they had to cancel on you due to weather or other reasons, they won't come back the next day. They will reschedule for the following week, which leaves you with a long lawn for a week. This company seemed promising and I think they could be better with improved communication. Seems like they have too much work and can't handle their current load.

He had to borrow my extension cord, the lawn in the back had chunks that hadn't been mowed and he raked up the leaves in a pile for me to pick up. The beds surrounding the lawn had not been blown out at all and they were still full of leaves. I decided to let this go because they'd probably get taken care of the following week. Week two came and he postponed due to rain and said he was going to come by two days later. In good faith, I fronted $47. He said he started, but my yard was never touched.
