Upon arrival at JFK, our assigned driver became involved in a loud verbal altercation with a supervisor in front of passengers, including minors, and then abruptly walked off the job, quitting on the spot and abandoning us at the airport. There were seven passengers total across three groups left standing with luggage and no transportation. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. and were told at 10:15 a.m.--after nearly two hours of waiting--that there were no available vans to accommodate us.
