First, I have invited them (some time ago) to do a sort of reportage of business luncheon and business workshop I was organizing. They were on time, with all ideas... We paid her for a session over five months ago, and she completely ghosted us after the shoot. No photos, no updates, and no responses -- just silence. Meanwhile, she's still active online, posting about new clients and advertising her services, which makes it even worse. At this point, it feels like she took our money and ran. After years of being repeat customers, this is beyond disappointing -- it's dishonest. Please think twice before booking with her. They do an excellent job of using light and focus to highlight important details within different shots.
