We are disappointed, upset. They want to charge us something that we didn't agree on.We spoke to Mel and Fonda and not one of them resolve the issue that we have, as a manager they should be able to resolve an issue but not for Fonda(how ever you spell her name). They sent a tech to the house and said that he waited for 30 minutes outside, there is no way that a person would wait that long outside and not check back at the door for someone to open for him. We have a house doorbell thats loud and clear, he used the ring bell that doesn't work, if it was working there would be a red light. There was a person waiting inside the house for the tech to show up. Fonda a manager couldnt fix the issue. Couldnt get a hold of the boss. They gave us a run around. They can't even call back to say that the boss isn't in and that they will call soon as they get a hold of the boss. Run from this company. read more

An error code appeared on my Cozzia Massage Chair on the touch screen when the chair started shutting down. After looking up the code, I called Cozzia at the California Headquarters and followed their instructions for service. A new touch screen was ordered directly from the company and shipped to my home. I contacted Jez Enterprises, followed their instructions. a tech was scheduled, came on time, was fun and friendly while we watched as he replaced the touch screen. No problems with this company in Austin, TX. read more

JEZ Enterprises in the Las Vegas, NV area is a scam!!! Don't use them. They make you pay before they even come to your home, then tell you what your massage chair needs and say they will order the part. Then they disappear!!!! They never come back with the part , let alone order it. I called several times to see what was going on. They promise to get back to you but never do! They are liars and cheats. BEWARE!!! read more

JEZ Enterprises - Furniture Assembly Near Me - Sherwood, Arkansas

Shame on Nordictrack for using JezEnterprises!! They use independent contractors to come out and "fix" your equipment, but they won't show up. First off, they'll claim they called even though they never did, and they'll text you that they'll call you for an appointment, but they'll never do. I really have a feeling they'll drive you crazy until you give up and just take it as a loss. When you call Jez Enterprise to complain they'll hang up on you and when you call back they'll put you on hold until you give up and hang up. It blows my mind that a company like that is allowed to operate, this smells like a scam to me. I'm not sure how the owner of this company sleeps at night. God, I wish I would have done more research about NordicTrack as a company before I purchased something from their brand. read more

This company was subcontracted by NordicTrack to repair my stationary bike. The technician texted me to find a time to come and I told him I wouldn't be available for a couple weeks due to a vacation. He never responded. He apparently came while I was out of town (my mom was home with my kids) and did something with the bike but did not fix it. Since then I've tried in vain to get them to come back to actually fix the bike. Dealing with NordicTrack to try to get something to happen has not been successful either. NordicTrack should find a new service partner. These people are unreliable. read more

Jez took my credit card information two weeks ago and said that the service tech would be in touch within 24 hours. I've called them 4 times and still no appointment and no call back. I called the massage chair manufacturer for a different service recommendation and they had none. I'm just going to find another company because I see from these other reviews that Jez isn't going to call me back or schedule an appointment. I wish that I could tag all the manufacturers who use this pitiful excuse for a company! read more

I wish I could leave a negative 5 star review. Communication is terrible and follow up is nonexistent. Took over a month just to get a call back to come out and look at my treadmill. The service tech was asked to test volts to a motor and did not know what a volt was. DO yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. read more

I have been trying to get my (less than 2yr old) treadmill fixed for almost 3 months. After ordering parts and two visits they still can't fix it. Repeated requests for follow up service have done unanswered. It's a shamed that even though you pay for a service you can't get the service you pay for read more

Terrible. Nordictrack is making me use these guys for my equipment repairs since they're under warranty. Sent 2 emails over 2 weeks with no response at all. This is after Nordictrack let them know that I had the part delivered to my house a week earlier. If you don't have to use these guys, dont. read more

Not Impressed! POOR BUSINESS SERVICES! I purchased a treadmill for my father, from Wal-Mart, and purchased the 2 year warranty on it. Well it has been 7 months and the treadmill's belt does not move anymore, so Wal-Mart said that their warranty does cover it. So I called Wal-Mart's warranty number and they told me that JEZ Enterprises will call me on 3-23-11 to set up a repair window on 3-24-11. 3-23-11 came and gone, and nobody called, and I called Wal-Mart's repair number back on the morning of 3-24-11 and they confirmed that everything was sent over to JEZ on the 3-22-11. So then the Wal-Mart rep gave me the number to JEZ and so I called them. The lady was nice, but she was like basically telling me that she got the information today, and that it will be another 48 hours, before a tech contacts me for a "window." She basically went on to explain that it is Wal-Mart's fault, which I did not believe, because Wal-Mart's people confirmed date and time the info was sent over to JEZ. To tick me off even more, my wife took the day off, from work, so she can sit at home to wait on the technician! JEZ did not only waste our time, but also costed us more money because my wife took the day off! read more

I had a great experience with the contractor that JEZ enterprises sent out. I have a massage chair from Sharper Image (who is out of business one month after I purchased it!). It has been a wonderful chair for approximate 5 years but it was "rocking" (it is not a rocking chair!!). Our of warranty, company out of business, and Brookstone said this is who they use for their chair I called their 1-800 number. Although I was a little sticker shock at their base fee I went ahead. The repair guy was even early. I never saw someone work so hard in trying to fix the problem even when the manufacturer would not help him via the phone. Bottom line it got fixed and we are happy with the service that was provided. It has been only a few weeks so hopefully I do not have to come back on Yelp to update negatively. read more

Background: My service request was for a home gym. I am a disabled veteran with back problems. Having access to a gym will significantly alleviate these problems, but at this point, I have no business in a commercial gym. I am in agonizing pain virtually all the time and I can barely walk. 12/18/2013: I called Jez Enterprises for a price quote and estimate. I was given a tolerable quote, and was told that the technician would call me within 24 hours directly to arrange a time. 12/21/2013: The technician did not call, so I contacted Jez. I explained my situation and how urgently I needed this done. The CSR had no reply. I asked why he did not contact me. The CSR explained that "with Christmas coming up, we will be sending the technician, "more lucrative" orders than yours....I know it's blunt, but I'm just being honest here." My response: "I can appreciate pragmatism, but if he doesn't want the order why not just refuse it?" She called the tech and he said he would be in town on Thursday (12/23). The point was to arrange a time, not be given a time on short-notice. I have to lay this stuff out and that is not easy with my back. Trying to rush it would put me on my back for Christmas. The CSR said she understood and would "relay this to the technician" who would call to schedule a time. 12/23: I missed a call from the technician, who informed me that he was "on his way." I called back and explained that I had rejected the 12/26 time. He seemed like a nice guy. We agreed on 1/3/2014 at 2:00. 12/23-1/2/2014: Despite an increasing amount of pain, I dragged items to the assembly area, and lined them up to make the tech's life easier. The last two days I spent in bed wracked by spasms. 1/3/2014: 2:00: No tech. He called ahead last time. If he were coming, he'd probably call ahead this time. I call Jez, who calls the tech, and then calls me back saying that he did not answer his phone, and could I call back in an hour if he hadn't arrived. By 3:00, he hadn't arrived. I called back and spoke directly to the CSR, a really friendly guy named James. 3:30: James called me back with no news. The phone was ringing, but the tech was not answering, and they'd pass it on to a manager. Bottom line: Timely performance is not assured unless your order is "lucrative". Being a veteran in pain, desperate for relief is not 'lucrative.' James is probably too good for this company and I hope that he moves on -- just like YOU should when trying to find an assembly service. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! If you want to get the run around and have them not show up on time, return your phone calls, or refuse to fix your item, this is the company for you. Not only is my treadmill still broken (after a month's time), but I was yelled at by the technician for wanting to know the status of the repair! I have called their main customer support line and they too refuse to provide me any relief! AWFUL! read more

Terrible customer service! Lots of talk and promises but not much substance. I've been waiting four months for the completion of repairs to my treadmill. It took nearly three months just to get the parts. Then again today, the technician was a no show/no call. Wish I could get an extension on my warranty. read more

I purchased a 24 month extended warranty from Sport's Authority in October 2012 for a treadmill I purchased. After going back and forth with Urban Express for almost a month trying to get my treadmill serviced, the warranty company reassigned my ticket to Jez Enterprises. Urban Express was not able to find a tech to come to my home or return any service calls. (That's a whole other situation/ problem). Needless to say, I had to go through the entire process with Jez Enterprises, instead of them sending someone to my home, they order a bunch of parts and and told me I had to wait for the parts to be delivered and then call back and schedule a service call. So I waited the 3 days and called back to see if they parts had been shipped. They said the parts were ordered, but not shipped and I should receive them in 7-10 days. Later that afternoon, I received an automated call saying that they could not service my treadmill and they are refunding me the purchase amount of my treadmill. So, I called back again and explained that my treadmill is only making a squeaking noise and how can they say they can't repair when no one has come to my home to even look at the machines. They said that it cost more for the tech to come to my phone then to repair. So my question is what's the point of buying an extended warranty if they won't even come to my home to look at the machine. Now I am out $130 for the amount of the warranty. I called the Sport's Authority location in Mt. Laurel where I purchased the machine and they are looking into the issue and going to Corporate, but it's been almost a month now of calls and aggravation for nothing. I still have not received my check for the purchase price of the treadmill. The warranty states if they can not fix the machine, they will replace. I bought the treadmill on sale and had a coupon, so the chances of my purchases another treadmill for the same prices are slim to none. I think they are ripping customers off with these warranties, they are collecting the money and then giving customers back the amount of the product, banking the warranty prices for the company. I am extremely annoyed and frustrated! read more

Horrible company with very, very, very bad business practices...STAY AWAY! I contacted this company to set up an appointment with a repair man for my fitness equipment. I was informed of the $135 repair charge for the in-home visit which I was ok with. The office told me the technician would call me to set up a time to come by to look at the equipment. When the techinician called me (after 2-3 days of waiting) I asked him to preliminarily give me his opinion on what could be wrong with the equipment so I wouldn't have to waste his time or mine if I thought that the repair would be too costly to proceed with (I had already troubleshooted the symptoms and had a pretty good idea of what was wrong with the equipment). The tech told me an that based on his initial opinion which confirmed my research, a major part would have to replaced. He told me to call the office to verify if the part was available and to get a price on the part. I called the office and they stated to me that the part was discontinued and could not be ordered for the equipment and I would be charged $75 for the technician making a preliminary diagnosis on my equipment over the phone. This charge was not disclosed to me at the beginning of my conversation with the office and I told them how deceptive and unfair this was to charge people to diagnose over the phone. No technician ever came out to my house to even look at the equipment because no appointment was every made in the first place! I can get a free diagnosis from the manufacturer (Horizon Fitness)! These people are crazy and I will never, never, never use them again nor refer any of my friends, relatives, co-workers, neighbors, associates, etc... to them!!! read more
