We are pleased with our experience with Sean and his team at H Countertops. Sean was involved in…read morethe process from start to finish (he was there for the estimate, the templating, and the installation). He was also great with communication via text and phone throughout the whole process. He brought samples of quartz with him the day of the estimate, and was helpful when trying to decide what would look best in our home according to the look we were going for. We had gotten other estimates as well, and Sean worked with us on his competitive pricing, which we feel was quite fair. We chose sparkling white quartz for our kitchen countertops, butlers pantry, loft wall desk, guest bathroom, and master bathroom. It was a beautiful choice, and it really brings a bright and sparkly pop to our home. His team did a great job installing all of our countertops throughout our home. They even went above and beyond to make a special cut (not an easy one!) in our backsplash for an outlet in our master bathroom that we didn't want to part with. At the end of installation, we got to go around and ask for any adjustments/leveling/extra caulking we felt was necessary. The team gladly made the adjustments, and cleaned up after themselves as well. We used Sean's recommended plumber (Lorenzo) for disconnecting and reconnecting all of the plumbing, and we are so very glad we did. Lorenzo was priced so well and fair, and he gladly came back the next day to adjust our sinks when we noticed they were slightly slanted, and not as level as we had thought they were the day before. Overall, we are happy with the choice we made in working with Sean and his team. The only downfall we would report is being the last installation on a Friday evening around 4pm. It was very apparent the team was tired after a long week, and was clear they wanted to go home after a long day. They were stuck at our home until around 7:45pm, and were getting antsy to head out (which, who wouldn't at almost 8pm on a Friday). With that said, the only thing we would recommend is to try and request an install in the beginning of the week (or mid week), and ask for the earliest possible appointment if you want to avoid a late night. His expertise helped us save money and get a great looking kitchen. All my interactions with Sean and his partner Juan have been the upmost sincere and honest that I could have asked for, especially being new to Orlando. They have great communication and were punctual with their times and if any possible delays, they always kept me in mind so everyone was on the same schedule. Recently had our kitchen completely remodeled. There were so many issues with my old kitchen, the…read morecabinets were ugly, the space just wasn't used well at all and I had a couple of ideas about things I always wanted to have in my "dream kitchen" (ie - a corner cabinet with a glass door and a lazy susan inside, that's right, straight from the 80s). Junior came out and met with us and somehow managed to translate my insane ramblings about shadowboxes and faux islands into exactly what I was wanting. He was able to make some recommendations for things I would have never even thought of (moving our stove down a few inches for extra drawers and building our fridge into the cabinets so we have more over fridge storage) and had our drawings to us immediately. He was up front about the pricing and we were able to pick and choose from options that met our needs but kept us within budget. The only real snag we hit was when my husband decided to go out on his own for places to buy granite from, but once we shopped from the list that Junior had given us things went a lot smoother. I was impressed with how organized everything was throughout the entire planning process. Junior gave us a timeline on when our work could begin and things went according to plan. The crew was friendly and worked really hard, they kept things as neat as you can expect from a kitchen remodel. Given everything I hear from other folks that have done kitchen remodels, I was braced for a lot of pain and delays, so I am pleased to report that things actually went faster than expected once I understood that the granite takes about a week to have cut after the cabinets are installed. I am so happy with my new kitchen, it is literally my dream come true. I cannot rave enough about Junior and the team from I4. =)

Called to get an estimate on a bathroom remodel. Office set up a time and confirmed. Estimator…read morecalled within 30 minutes and rescheduled. He asked me to send pictures and measurements and that he would be out the next day. 30 mins before he was suppose to be there, he called with a price over $9000 the highest estimate that I received. We talked about differences, and I mentioned that we had terrazzo so we did not want tile. He did not know what terrazzo was. I told him thank you, I was not interested in the estimate and hung up. I am sorry but if a estimator/designer in FL does not know what terrazzo is, I have issues since this is the most common flooring that was used in the older homes.
