Being a homeowner is great, except when it is terrible, like when sewage starts backing up into your basement every time you flush the toilet or use the washer. I figured out the problem was a clogged drain pipe in the floor of my basement. I went to Menards, bought a pipe snake and had at it, but no luck. I called Jetter Clean (actually another plumber who referred me to Jetter clean), and they made an appointment to come out (an actual appointment, not "be home between 8AM and 5PM"). They arrived right on time. Lance Cummings was the "Jetting Technician". He did a great job, did it fast, and the total cost was well under $200 dollars. I didn't think plumbers would plunge your toilet for less than $200... I hope nothing like this ever happens again, but if it does I know who I will call. read more

We had him come out one year due to a backed up drain that resulted in a literal poo pool in our basement. He was prompt and professional. Fixed the problem and even helped clean up the mess! Unbelievably good and helpful compared the other plumber and drain cleaning services I have used in the Rochester area. Last one I used here in Rochester told me that my clogs would be solved if I used Bio Clean (which I bought on Amazon and spent a lot of money) and if Bio Clean didn't work, I was looking at a huge pipe replacement job. Well, Bio Clean didn't work, my basement drain was so messed up and plumbing getting worse. I called Jetter Clean Co. because of the good reviews. Lee came out, cleaned every pipe up so quickly and told me that Bio Clean was part of the problem, and that I do not need many mainline work done, just stop using Bio Clean and also have a small "drum trap" replaced. Then...he undercharged me!...He said he wouldn't charge me the full fee for treatment because the problem wasn't my pipes, it was the Bio Clean stuff! What?! So honest! So helpful! So smart! Wow!
