I'm a big fan of Jet's, but for some reason or another I usually end up one at 12 Mile and Orchard Lake Road. I had a coupon and it said I could use it at any location show so I chose this one instead of that one, and I ordered an extra large barbecue chicken pizza and a large pepperoni. I'm docking a star because the parking is so busy here, it shares a lot with Plum Market so that's why. Their barbecue chicken pizza is my favorite and the extra large is huge, it contains 12 slices. My coupon was $10 off $25, I think I got it from doing a survey for them, so I sprung for the XL this time. I also threw in a large pepperoni. Their pepperoni is good, but I much preferred the barbecue chicken pizza. Overall, their pizza is very good though, and I recommend it. Check the deals section of the site, they had five dollars off specialty pizzas like this one and a bunch of other deals, too. read more

Very good and very fresh! Jets is the best and this location kills it every single time. 5 stars always here! read more

Pizza crust not salty. Deep dish or thin crust or gluten free options. This location is always busy so waiting time for walk in customers is at least 15 minutes. The crew members seemed to be working hard, attentive and friendly. No dining area but a small bench is provided so you can sit and wait for your order to be called. mostly takeouts. Average small 4 sliced pizza cost $11. Cash, card and in store coupons accepted. read more

Jets is one of my favorite places to get pizza. I think that each location is very hit or miss, but this one has seemed to be very good thus far from my experience. I've ordered both from their app and even through door dash and each time the pizza is still hot and tastes great. I always go with the BBQ chicken pizza which Is my personal favorite for Jets. I hope they can keep things up read more

I ordered a bold fold pizza w mushrooms! delivered! I get a pizza that was cold w can mushrooms and no pepperoni ?? I order from jet's all the Time! So I called! The guy on the phone was a down right prick! trying to tell me unless I order pepperoni it doesn't come on a NY style Bold Fold! and that prices are different in the store then online! why use a menu if you don't get what's on the menu pizza? pissed off read more

I love Jets pizza. The best deep dish pizza there is to offer with great buttery crust and melty cheese. They have great cheesy bread that never disappoints and cinnamon sticks from heaven. Jets is the best! read more

this use to be the best jets and tonight it was terrible ordered extras sauce in it and was nearly bone dry, crust wasn't crisp was soggy and you could tell it wasn't fresh. so chewy my jaw hurts. Jets has had enough times to make things right. As an original Detroit area resident I am say I am three with jets pizza. in 90s it was unbeatable but it's just over priced slop anymore. read more

10/10 the food was nice and warm and it came fast highly recommend this jets I always come back

The pizza was fresh and hot and they didn't take so long to make the food and great customer service

I've been going to Jets Pizza for 20 years. The pizza is wonderful. The customer service has always been very good. I will be going back for the next 30 years God willing. read more

The worst.customer.service.ever. I've never dealt with rude service putting in an order for (very simply) 2 pizzas. I called to ask a question that couldn't be answered by submitting an online order and was treated like an inconvenience. AND it costs more to order via phone. You'd think I'd be paying extra for stellar customer service. read more

Excellent square deep dish Detroit style. Alway hot and fresh. Only top notch ingredients here and they aren't afraid to pile on the toppings. Very good salads, especially the Greek. Recommended. read more

I love Jets pizza but I wouldn't order from this location unless you want your order to be completely messed up. Either they overcook your pizza and you have to ask for lightly baked just to get a normal baked pizza or they underbake it! Same with their Jet's bread. I realize that a lot of places are shortstaffed but standard still should be followed through before delivering pizza to someone's home. And if told that you're going to get a credit but it's going to take a couple of days for it to reflect on your bank account you can count on the fact that you will never ever see your money again. That has happened to me as well. This time around was the last straw where we got under baked literally raw Jets bread delivered to us tonight. When I called the young man was very pleasant but his manager was a very busy man and couldn't be bothered to get on the phone and only offered a partial refund for the half baked bread. The owner Patrick will call you and promise to credit account and then doesn't. Not happy w them at all and I've been a regular customer for years! Definitely hope this location gets new ownership or new management that worries about standards. Because trust me Jets pizza can do way better than this location!!! read more

Jet's Pizza - Uncooked jet's bread delivered and wouldn't even give a full refund. - Pizza Near Me - West Bloomfield, Michigan

I would like to start off with the owner being ver disrespectful. "New rules" you are not allowed to substitute any toppings . Great job owner. That will definitely keep your customers coming back . What a shame on such a great franchise. I will not be supporting this jets pizzeria anymore. Thats not even all. The pizza has been a fail the last couple times. Under cooked, had to cook it in my own oven. When I call to tell them they talk to you like you dont have any sense. I would not spend another penny at this horrible restaurant. Benitos never fails me read more

Horrible customer service called and complained about order and manager didn't seem to care. Instead he tried to correct me stating he prepared himself and cheese was under the other toppings. Not the case! 2 week's order the same thing as feta was very visible. Disappointed on how poor this was handled customer is always wrong at his location. read more

The ingredients are awful. Some of the blandest sauce ever. The cheese isn't any better. You would have to be crazy to pay for this stuff. One of the worst pies I've ever had and I gave them multiple chances. If you like corporate chain pizza Benito's is much better. read more

Best. Customer. Service. Ever. I ordered a BLT pizza, half only cheese. Manager phoned saying, basically, "This is what you ordered, but I doubt that's what you want." He was so very right. Thank you so much for helping me order my best pizzas. read more

Came in for the 40th bday special. Large pizza with one topping for $4.99. Excellent deal. Very friendly staff. Great pizza. And those guys were bustling their a** off with all the specials they were making that day. I came in to pick up my pizza. And they were 9 ppl deep inside getting a pizza. Good job on the quickness and quality. read more

Great, safe, delicious, efficient, experience, twice now, this month. New in town, we were looking for a great pizza (deep dish) and we have found it! They walk it to your car, they don't let anyone in the store (they lock the door behind them) and they wear masks. Prices are very reasonable and we LOVE their veggie square pizza (and so do the kids). No need to go anywhere else! read more

This is a must when in Michigan. Jets pizza is amazingly delicious. We always get the 8 slice deep dish with pepperoni. The crust is heavenly and the flavor is always great. My only complaint is that the service at this location was a little odd. I had to repeat my order about 5 times until the guy at the counter got it right. I'd still come back. read more

Ordered a pizza from here and everyone ended up getting sick from it. The pizza didn't seem to smell quite right from the start, but I figured Jets always delivers, but not this time. I called the store and the manager stated that "no one gets sick from our pizza, it's you not us.." truly disappointing read more

Ordered over the phone on Sunday at 5:00 arrived at the location and they had no order? Said it was cancelled? Waited outside for the order to be made weand they forgot the flavored crust? Big disappointment here. Caesar Salad medium size for $9.95 is overpriced. read more

They Are very Unprofessional so called management. They do not display Jets Motto. This location need to be under investigation and under a different management. I feel as this store use racism towards there customers. I had nothing but problems with this location. They don't prepare the food right, they don't want to provide condiments. Very disappointed in the services. I love Jets pizza and this location has dropped the Ball numerous of times. I will not patronize this location anymore. They don't take accountability or acknowledge their mistakes. read more

I've always held a place in my heart for Jet's Pizza. When my family first relocated to Canton, Michigan in 1996 it was one of the first places we went for pizza and we were hooked. Last week I moved to Michigan yet again and found myself hankerin' for some Jet's! I pulled them up on my phone and my order was taken with ease and promptness. 15 minutes later I was walking out of their West Bloomfield location with a large square pepperoni, hawaiian "Jet Boat", and a large Jet Bread. I have to say that in the 14 years since I first tasted a Jet's pizza not much has changed and that's a great thing. They're incredibly consistent across all of the locations I have been to. Great cheese, sweet sauce, and spicy pepperoni. The Jet Boat was cooked to perfection, and the Jet Bread is always topped with a few shakes of Parmesan which adds a nice sharpness to it. If you want to support a locally owned chain of pizza joints then try out Jet's. You won't be disappointed! read more

Hands down the best pizza in town. You just can't go wrong with their 8 corners. I moved to the US a few months ago and the single best thing I've had since moving is definitely Jet's. Some might say it's a bit too greasy for them but that's a necessary evil for the pizza to be so good. Definitely becoming a regular here. read more

Wow - where are all of the reviews for this place? It's fantastic! The people here are great and very helpful. No BS and they take care of their customers. My experience with them has always been positive. The pizza is great, cooked perfectly, and tastes amazing. I get the Buffalo Ranch Chicken and a customized Pepperoni, black olives, and mushroom pizza with a turbo crust. They do a great job from order to pick-up/delivery. And, if there's an issue, like a mistake with an order, they'll fix it with no hassle. Overall great pizza place with great people. read more

Just got a carry out from this location. Probably one of the best pizzas we've had in a long time. The cookie was delicious!
