Great pizza...but there was a rat problem in the area because of major road construction. Animal control tracked the feeding ground for the rats as the inappropriately closed dumpster they were using, in which food was clearly visible in holes the rats ate through the bags. Neighbors had even taken photos and video of the rats in their dumpster. Sicker still...they keep their back door propped open all summer (any bets whether the rats went inside?), despite KNOWING that they had a rat infestation in and around the dumpsters. When neighbors complained, and animal control became involved, they opted to park their delivery vehicles around the dumpster, hoping none of the neighbors would see the still open dumpster and side door missing or open too. We still took photos. They had chosen to give animal control and the neighborhood the middle finger. With ZERO cooperation from Jets, we had to track down and eliminate the water source. Took us all THREE YEARS. THANKS FOR NOTHING, JETS! And thanks to the manager, who lives on our street! We value our health...and we don't forget and forgive. No Jets for us or anyone in the neighborhood who struggled to solve the problem. read more

I'm pretty sure it's common knowledge that Jets had the most delicious pizza around. If you haven't tried their ranch dressing, they you truly haven't lived. I often call in a pick up order on my way home from work. The staff is friendly and my order is always ready when I arrive. Pizza is consistently delicious and I have never been disappointed. My favs are both square pizza. Either the bbq chicken or pep/green pepper/onion. So good! Then dunk it in that god forsaken ranch....mind blowing. Thanks for being awesome, Jets! read more

If I could give less of a review, I definitely would! We all know Jets is a bit on the expensive side when it comes to ordering delivery pizza but if done right, it's a great pizza. Unfortunately after taking about a years break from ordering jets I attempted to give them another shot here in Michigan after having a great experience in Florida ordering delivery. Well let's just say that THIS IS NOT FLORIDA and this location is absolute trash and has the worse customer service as well. I called in, was polite about getting the pizza and literally 40% of the pizza was ALL SAUCE with no cheese present on about a total of 4-5 slices. Again, I just called in and said I'm not into free things, this is not why I called but giving you advice that the pizza toppings are insufficient. They still offered me a credit for my dinner and to my surprise, I tried to redeem tonight on a pick up order and they literally gave me $3!! WTF is that on a MINIMUM $25-$50 pizza order!! No thanks, you can just shove your $3 credit up your ass along with your shitty pizza at this location. I hope you fail and you lost another customer that actually was willing to give Jets a try again! read more

I placed an order through text. It was so cool. I appreciate the 20% discount I received. This feature was easy to do and I plan to use it again. This is actually my first time having Jet's. My order was ready in the time that I was given in the text. When I arrived I called and was greeted politely. The employee brought me my order and was very nice. The pizza was cooked well done as I requested, and the meat and veggie portions were just right and the flavor was delicious. I ordered dessert and it was up to par also. This location sucks Family has a few franchises out of state and we treat our customers so much better and quality is #1. This location truly sucks. I can't say it enough. Ordered from here for about 5 months. I have no idea what happened but the last 2 months now I've beenbhaving terrible experience, I don't know why I keep giving them more chances. Before everything would be on time have everything I ordered, lately always forgetting things. I just ordered pizza today and was told it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I'm sitting at store almost 40 min later they keep telling me "it'll be up shortly, till be up shortly". The only reason I've been waiting is because I paid and they said it'll be up in two mins. When it comes to chain pizza places, Jets by far beats out the competition. The only ones better are the independent pizza places. They have a good round pizza but they EXCEL with their square pizza. I'm not a pan pizza fan, but their's is fantastic. My parents can't get Jets where they live, and every time they come into town, that is the place my Dad wants pizza from. There are better independent pizza places, but for the chain restaurants, Jets is the best. read more

My experience at Jet's in Southgate was terrible! First of all, they forgot my bread sticks with the rest of my delivery, and when i called to explain that to them they proceeded to tell me that i would have to wait 40 minutes for them to be redelivered or come pick them up myself and I could not get my money back for delivery. So i went to PICK UP MY BREAD THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED, understandably upset, I got into an argument with the gentleman I talked to on the phone and showed him that i was wearing Pajamas so i was relaxing at home and didn't want to come out of the house, which is why i had my food Delivered! one of the women there called the police and made a false report of me having a gun, and they came into the establishment while i was waiting for replacement bread sticks with GUNS DRAWN telling me to get on the ground!! After they searched me and found no form of weapon THEN they asked my side of the story. Jet's then asked me to never come back or they would charge me with trespassing!!! LMAO!! I hate to pull the race card but its hard in this situation. read more
