What is hot, saucy, easily satisfying and a fast phone call away? Jets Jets Jets you betcha. They have really tasty thin round shape pizza or thick crust rectangular pan pizza. The rectangular pan pizza is close to rocky Rocco style, my favorite. I believe that hungry Howie's started the flavored seasoned crust and jets stole the idea. But it's all good since some people don't like HH pizza. Keep in mind all the pieces are cut into squares on the thin and rectangle pizza. The cheese bread is good too since it can be reheated the next day without much change in taste. read more

The best jets pizza in the state of michigan. I really enjoy the service because all the workers are amazing. They always have the best music playing especially when the girls are on aux! read more

Efficient service. Pizza was delicious. Ordered on 12-15 at 2:09. Fantastic Walk in

Reviews for this location needs to be updated. I found all the low reviews are from more than 3 years old. This location is solid. Pie has always been solid. We moved near this one a year ago and nothing but great pizza from here. I haven't tried there salads yet to review. I have had there wings, they were just okay, but I don't come here for the wings I come here for the pizza. Jet 10, Eugene supreme and BBQ chicken are our favorites. read more

Everybody knows jets. It's not typically my first choice BUT I got the flyer saying Mexican pizza and it sounded loaded. And it is no joke loaded and worth it. Enough so that I had to get on here and shout it out. The picture is the hand tossed crust. Very satisfied. And it was ready in 15 min. Good job read more

Love Jet's pizza! Good online deals and fast delivery!toppings are always plentiful. Tried their antipasto salad for the first time and it was perfect! Plenty of toppings on a fresh bed of lettuce! read more

Firs time here. In the past we had tried the Parmesan BBQ pizza - which my kids loved. Now they are all grown up and flown away from the next, it was after a long time we tried their pizza again. This particular store has a nice sized waiting lobby, TVs showing sports - so you wont get bored. order was taken quickly and filled quickly (10 minutes?), nice and clean, plenty of parking nearby. We ordered the thin crust with buttered flavoring special large with mozzarella cheese and 3 toppings (green pepper, onions and mushrooms), tasted good and satisfying. I always take a couple of their crushed red pepper flakes packets and sprinkle it on top - gives it a nice kick! Next time will try the wings, salads and breads along with dipping sauce. read more

I haven't had jets pizza in a long time but decided to try it again. Not a fan... Too doughy and nothing special. Probably the last time I will get anything other than brick oven pizza in the future. read more

This location has been great for the last 16 years we've lived here. I recall them botching an order once, and they were very quick to fix it and make things right. As for the pizza, it's the best value around, there are only two other places I'd got to first. Oh, and ask for Turbo Crust. Throw health to the wind! read more

By far the worst Jets in the are. Cannot seem to get an order correct ever. I will just start going to the jets on 23 mile

I love Jets pizza but not all stores are the same. The Shelby store has always been consistently great over the past 15 years. I love extra pepperoni and this place puts a truckload of them on. They never skimp and the product is hot, crunchy and perfect every time. read more

Their pizza is always good, hot and crunchy. I really love the turbo crust. Its convenient and always busy at this location. I've been here several times before and will definitely be back. I used to stick to one other pizza restaurant across the street, but no more. If I want close and fast, Jets it is! read more

3 other jets close by but these people are always so respectful & always make our pizzas on point. Great team!!

Jets pizza is great. But this one? I dont really know where to begin... Little caesars pizza is probably 10 times better than this specific jets. Most of their workers are lazy (which i can tell from the pizza)...And really, how hard is it to cut a pizza into slices? Do you guys have any type of training? The owner is doing a horrendous job with this location because its garbage and forever lost me as a customer. I highly recommend the Hungry Howies on the opposite corner though, they blow this jets out of the water with their product and price. read more

Great pizza at a great price! They don't have the specialty pizzas that other places have but for your standard pizza it's great. The crust is tasty and the bread sticks are fantastic. read more

Great pizza. Good value. Prompt service.

The service is fine. However, the quality of the pizza has gone downhill. It seems as if you only get sauce and bread with very little cheese. Even when you order extra cheese, it still looks really light. read more

Was a good and faithful customer. Decent pizza. After the first of the year they changed their pricing policy. Not honoring the coupons, and more importantly, I always order their jett10 without olives substituting yellow peppers, was told they no longer offer substitutions if I wanted that it would be considered an additional item and additional cost. Ordered this pizza two or three times a month. Let the manager know he was losing a loyal customer over this. He couldn't care less. Plenty of other good pizza to be found. read more

One of my favorite pizza joints for a to-go order! The staff is always friendly, and the pizza is always cooked just right!

I went into this establishment expecting a nice warm welcome but instead I got nothing and the person who handed me my pizza looked very filthy. I don't remember his name but I remember he had a black polo shirt and he had medium length black hair, and his hands were very dirty, now I know that the jets employees dont wash there hands and they touch our food. It's just appalling read more

Ordered two small pizzas and a bread from this location yesterday. Everything was overdone/near burnt. When they were asked to remake my pizza they suggested telling them to use a screen on the pizza in the future for "light cheese". I feel like I've prob been eating Jets pizza for more than 20 years and I've never heard of such a thing... How about I just try another location if/when I feel like giving you guys another shot? read more

We just moved to the area. On our first order, we ordered deli boats. 1 was steak and cheese only, the other was ham and cheese minus tomatoes. Well, we did not get the deli boat like I ordered. We got subs instead. The girl behind the counter seemed shocked I was upset with this. I did not have an extra 20 minutes to wait, so I took the subs. The steak and cheese had everything on it. Not just steak and cheese like I asked. We decided to give them another chance tonight. We ordered deli boats again. A steak and cheese deli boat with steak and cheese only, and a turkey deli boat minus tomatoes. Well the only thing I can say they got right were that they gave us deli boats this time. The steak and cheese had tomatoes and lettuce and the turkey was just turkey and cheese. I worked at a pizza place before. It's not a hard job. I repeated twice the order I wanted and they still didn't get it. My bad for not checking before I left, but still, like I said, not a hard job. Will never go there again. read more

About a month ago i ordered a delivered pizza from this store and waited almost 2 hours for the Pizza. An hour into the wait the store manager called and offered me a credit for the pizza and small salad. I was surprised and said OK. He said, He would credit it under my phone number. I called tonight to take them up on the credit and was told, Since i didn't have proof of the credit, no deal. I could not believe it, I didn't ask for the credit in the first place. So I said I would order from a different store and hung up. Phoned the store on Rochester rd and off I go the get my pizza and salad. Turn around time 50 minutes. Get home got items on the pizza i didn't want and didn't get the stuff I ordered. Surprise!!! AM I the only one, I don't think so!!! read more
