I called today and talked to Frank the manager and told him I got food poisoning and missed work the following day from eating their pizza and he asked me what would I like for him to do about it, and I said I'd like another pizza and he told me we don't do that. I will not go back to Jetts. They do not take care of the customers. read more

We use to order deep dish pizza from Jets but do not any longer. The reason is the bottom of the pizza/crust is extremely oily and greasy. The service is fast. The pizza is great other than this issue. read more

Jets jets jets.... J. E. T. S. Jets jets jets!!! First off it's a chain.... But I'd say the better one in the area.... The peetz is delicious!!!!! Mmm mmm mmmm! They're relatively fast to get orders done.... The people working, it's hit or miss, but for the most part it's been all good.... And the best part, they send out coupons galore! Goodness, find the nearest trash can and I guarantee you'll find some Jets coupons in there. They also have online ordering, this will also save you some dollars. And I'm telling you the peetz is delicious!!!! Mmmm mmmm mmmm! read more

Let's be honest this review is Entirely about the New York style jets pizza. This pizza was so amazing I ate the whole thing by myself I could not stop eating it until it was gone. Something about the New York style pizza thin crust sweet sauce large slices that screams awesomeness. If Jets Pizza did the smart thing they would keep this pizza on their menu and make it a permanent option. I know I will be ordering one every week as long as they have it and they should never get rid of it. Pizza places always come out with an awesome limited time offer Pizza that completely destroys the standard menu they serve daily and then they get rid of what was good I believe this is the worst mistake a business can make in my opinion. read more

Jet's Pizza - An empty pizza box! - Pizza Near Me - Muskegon, Michigan

Great food!! Love the crust on the pizza. We will definitely be back!! Pizza is a mainstay so we plan to do it right and come back.

After tonight I'll never order from this place again! It's An Hour round trip drive. Got home from after a long long day. I just got home from picking up our order which is 8:33pm. Order a NY Bold Fold, Buffalo Chicken pizza and cinnamon sticks. Almost $40. Got home the bold fold pizza was completely burnt! Cinnamon sticks were hard as a rock. So I called the manager. She would only give me a $3 discount for the next pizza or to bring the food back which is an Hour round trip. There was nothing else they would do. I took pictures for proof and she wouldn't except it. They won't deliver but wanted me to drive back. Here's my name and number but I know I won't get a call back over this fucked up experience! Love jets pizza from anywhere but here meaning Norton. We are staying at shoreline in. Called at 5PM and was told delivery went until 11PM. Called at a little before 10PM and was told no delivery due to weather. Weather is totally fine...not a damn flake on the roads. Excuses are like assholes everybody has one. Read your reviews and they absolutely suck. Explains alto. Thank you Lombardo s for your wonderful service. Screw you Norton jets read more

The guy taking our carry-out order was really rude. We tried to order a pizza with only veggies, what should've been a $12-$15 pizza came out to $38. The pizza itself wasn't any better than Little Caesar's. After all the confusion with ordering, the chewy cheese was carelessly tossed all over and was sliding off the thick crust. read more

Pizza overall pretty good. NY style thin crust was ok. Detroit style was excellent though. Delivered very fast.

I found a long brown strand of hair baked into my pizza. This is not my hair texture or color. I spoke with management and he refused to refund me even though I still had the pizza with the hair attached. Instead I was offered a $4 store credit. I will never eat here again. read more

This was not my first Greek salad from Jets, but certainly the worst in terms of other veggies being in the salad besides lettuce. A medium bowl(really large) came full to the rim with lettuce but little else. There were six small grape tomatoes, a crumbling of feta cheese, three small slices of beets, a few pieces of chopped onion, two big and two shriveled pepperocini peppers and one container of greek dressing and 10 black olives. There weren't enough "Greek" items to even cover a small cold cut sandwich. I called and spoke to the mgr. He says that's how corporate has the salad made. I paid $10 for a bowl(head)of lettuce! He offered $5 off my next order. I hope it doesn't expire. read more

We got a pizza last ( Sunday) the pizza was ok but why I wanted to write in was Noel is the best ! This curb side thing is a pain And most restaurants do not require that you totally prepaid they will take your credit card at the car but with that being said Noel was so sweet so accommodating and so kind always keeping us up-to-date and always being nice and had a smile on her face when running in and out of the store I believe sometimes might not be fun you could never tell that by her actions he's an outstanding employee thank you Noel for your service read more

Dang, but they do make a very good pizza for a commercial place, and the boys and girls who work there are always... ALWAYS really polite to me treating me with respect every time. They always also make sure to look up the coupons we need so we get the discount we've gotten from the beginning, saving us a few bucks on every meal. That's very much appreciated. I just love that crust! read more

Love their pizza. Love their customer service. I've had Jet's Pizza's chicken parmesan, Eugene supreme, and lots of others over the years. Last time I went, there was a problem with getting the right meat on our pizza and not only did they happily sub in another kind, they were super apologetic and added on a free cheesy bread. Nice! Staff is super friendly and of course... their pizza is great. Will continue to frequent this joint. :) read more

We bought a deluxe pizza the other day. When I\we returned home to eat it, there were only (3) toppings instead of 5 or 6. We called them & complained. (we live over 20 minutes away & there was a heavy snow storm) the manager said he remembered us & said it was done properly.& told us to return what was left. we are senior citizens & would not go out again because of the slippery roads & distance, but would bring it back the following day & was told NO. We have bought pizzas from them many times-but this was our last time. Manager did not seem to care. We will now find another place in the future. read more

I LOVE jets pizza! Jalapeños are very spicy be careful! Amazing bread, cheese, and crust.

I used to get the Italian deli boat and it was a meal. If you order one now it's half the size at the same price. The sandwich is the same. If I want to feel full, I have to order two. Little ceasars has jets beat at the slice and pop lunch, jets give you two slices while little ceasars gives you four for a dollar less read more

I love jets :) my bff and i had a girls night in this weekend :) my boyfriend left us pizza money. we had a coupon in our mail and chose a small square pizza with ALL the crust seasonings, bacon and pepperoni. and 8 mild wings. i loved the pizza bc i like spicy. my friend thought it was too spicy. more for me. the wings tasted good but i thouht they were kinda mushy. i dont think they were deepfried. i think they must have been baked. i will not order wings from jets again. sauce was good though. the delivery boy was very sweet, and on time. read more

Take out only, the best of the "chain store" pizzas. Tasty sauce, good crust, they could be a little more generous with toppings. We like the pan pizza the best, but the thin crust is also good. read more

It was a long day of doing nothing in my world. You know the kind of days that you go into work for a half hour? It was one of those. So we were all feeling sort of lazy and decided instead of cooking to order pizza! Jet's was the choice. The pizza was good. I loved the mushrooms. I can be a mushroom snob when it comes to pizza and they delivered! However, we got the thin crust and it was cut strangely. There was no uniform size to the cuts. Some were squares and some were long rectangles. It made no sense to me and made it hard to figure out the size of piece you were really getting. They were like snowflakes and no two pieces were the same. We also had the salad (because we like to pretend to have some healthy with our pizza to ease our food guilt). The salad was great, but we subbed out some chicken on it. The chicken was good, but they used breaded chicken on the salad when I'm pretty sure they have plain chicken. That was a little head tilt moment too. If you are getting salad, you probably (may not) want the healthier of the chicken options. As you can see, I'm just nitpicking a bit and the food was great. Just beware that you will have snowflake pieces for thin crust. I'm sure their hand tossed and deep dish are done well, I just personally haven't tried them yet. read more

I ordered online and screwed up. I clicked on "Hot deals" and the picture showed a four corner pizza and I clicked on that then in large font it ask size of Pizza you want. I did all this but never seen that there is a drop down menu of the specialty pizza you want. So I paid and went to pick up my fore corner pizza. It was a round BBQ chicken thick crust pizza. The one at the top of the drop down menu. And of course this is not there fault and I'm sure there is no one to talk to. read more

Ordered an 8 corner pizza with pepperoni, was told it would take 25 to 30 minutes, got there in 30 minutes exactly, paid for my pizza and waited, and waited... my name was finally called and I asked was it an 8 corner with pepperoni, and the Manager says "well that's not what that is" and walked away leaving me to wonder if that was my pizza and if they had to re do my order and no word for 5 minutes. So with my 3 year old waiting with me in a lobby full of people we asked when exactly ours would be ready, manager says "it's coming out right now" so we stood close to the register for 5 more minutes with nothing. Then the manager comes with a pizza box, and we were like YES! But oh, wait... he says "the 8 corner got burned, would you take this pepperoni and bacon one". I said "no, I don't like bacon, that's not what I ordered, we have been waiting 15 minutes past the quoted time". He says "well we can get you a new one in 20 minutes". I said "no, we are starving and I am in here with my 3 year old, we are not waiting for another mess up, just give me my money back". I got my money back while the manager apologized, I told him that it was ridiculous to have to wait 47 minutes from my order time for a 10 minute meal and did not care if he was sorry because he just ruined my night. I usually love their pizza, but it sucks to have to wait for a burnt pizza. He didn't even offer to give the corrected pizza to me for free. We will not be going back! read more

We camp at Hoffmaster State Park & love the fact we can have great Pizza delivered & eat fireside. Doesn't get much better.

ordered pizza for pick up, won a $10 gift certificate from local radio station. Tried to pay with gift cert and balance with cash and the only way they would honor gift certificate was to charge me more. I said its a $10.00 gift certificate, is it worth $10.00 dollars? they said yes but we have to charge more for pizza because you have a gift certificate. I told them to keep pizza. My wife never had Jet's pizza, she never will now read more

Pizza is delicious, just expensive. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes longer than they tell you though for delivery and pick up.
