The waiver system can be a little complicated especially when checking in multiple children (8-12) at the same time. Each child requires the same lengthy form as a single adult. But overall, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The waterways were fairly easy to navigate and a great way to get up close with Florida's lovely and expansive wildlife/sealife and the all the water equipment were in good conditions.

Even down to the receptionists, Molly I believed her name was, who was also so friendly and nice. The whole team was very detailed in their assessment and inspection while being able to explain and show me everything in person. Overall very professional and friendly. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star was because I felt they may have took a little longer than expected to completed and inspection and complete an estimate for me as it was about 2 weeks. However this is a my first personally water craft and first time servicing it so not sure if it's common for that turn around time for a full inspection and diagnosis after tear down.
