In planning a trip, I found her knowledge to be invaluable. And then when the unthinkable happened, and we had to postpone our trip due to Covid-19, Haleh was so helpful. It was extremely reassuring to know that I could rely on her to help us navigate canceling our trip and postponing to another day. She helped us manage airfare, tour reservations, and travel insurance so that way we were not out any of our costs. I will definitely recommend her to everyone who will listen and use her in the future for booking all of our travel!!

With high level guidance from us on specifically where we wanted to go, and what we wanted to see, I received three proposals. The proposal we received from Travel Destinations was by far the best. It really captured everything we wanted, and a lot more. Once we locked in with Travel Destinations, the level of service we received from Haleh Malek was outstanding. She is truly passionate about helping her clients have the best possible travel experience. Each step of the way, she made sure we were comfortable with every nuance of the trip. Once we were in Italy, I emailed her to let her know we were having a magical experience and to thank her for all her help. She was touched and thrilled to hear from us and offered to make a dinner reservation for us at a restaurant in Tuscany which is part of the winery we were about to go visit. What a nice touch! The restaurant was outstanding by the way. Haleh herself is well-traveled and understands the heightened expectations and anxieties that come with planning a big trip. She managed it all perfectly. Can't say enough about her and would recommend her to anyone!

All the information I gave them was correct. The lady from SuperShuttle said I wouldn't get a refund because it was a no show, which is a complete lie! I ended up calling Uber, which only cost $12.
