Without all her help, I doubt either of us would've gotten out our comfort zone and left the country. We didn't feel stressed about where to go or who to talk to when we arrived, it was all taken care of. Amazing trip! Would absolutely work with Indy Travel Leaders again for another big trip.

Most excellent spot to learn to fly!…read more I surprised my husband with a gift to spend an hour and a half on an initial flight lesson. He had the time of his life. His captain and fearless pilot trainer was Dillion. Dillion was awesome! Super nice guy. My only disappointment to share is that they were supposed to have a flight log so my husband could log his official first flight hours but they ran out. Still hoping they'll get us one like they promised.

Our first week, in South Africa, was covered...so I wanted to go with a solid company to hit up Botswana and Zambia. We'd used Kensington Tours before, but had a rather sour taste in our mouth from the experience. The FIRST thing we discovered is that Wilderness Safaris (and Wilderness Air) pretty much locked down Botswana - everyone uses them, so it made choices a bit easier. After a month or so of interviews, we ended up going with GeoEx. They gave us reasonable pricing, and were VERY prompt at addressing specific questions. After signing with them, they promptly sent us specific info about our trip, including a complete (but prelim) itinerary. Bonus - a month before we left, we got a care package from them. It included two HEAVY duty canvas rucksacks, a nice guide book on Botswana and Zambia, and reading material for the plane (of course, the plot was centered in Botswana). It also included our final itinerary. And finally, it included a nice touch - a "free" emergency insurance plan, in case "something" happened with in the bush. We completed the trip - no issues, no hassles, everything was spot on. After our return, Starla (our agent) reached out to us to check on the trip - nice touch!). DEFINITELY would use them again, and absolutely recommend them with no reservations.

Her birthday sash was not on the door, her and her roommate never received a double bed, nor was her beach birthday dinner planned as discussed multiple times via zoom. During the booking process Brenda was very reliable, so this was a shock to us when our trip came around and we quickly realized how the ball was dropped. My overseas flight was cancelled hours before departing time of course that's not her fault but we definitely didn't expect to be kicked to the curb how we was. She didn't help me or my friends get another flight out, and if we left it up to her we would have never even made it to our trip. I guess my best friend was aggravating her with asking for help accommodating us on another flight so she ended up blocking her. My friend called multiple times from her cell phone it went straight to voicemail, she called from her house phone and she immediately picked up. We finally found are own flight which ended up being a 15 hour, 3 plane process instead of our original 6 hours. We ended up missing a full day of our trip, she offered no accommodation nor reached out to our hotel to even see if we could stay an extra day to get what we paid for. When we contacted her to let her know our hotel said it was fine to extend our stay another night she told us the third party " Funjet" received a email from the hotel saying we could not stay. When we spoke with the hotel manager he denied them sending an email denying us another night. Within five minutes of speaking with the manager all 5 of us had new rooms keys and our rooms for an extra night. The only accommodation she made for us was reaching out to the airline and getting our returning flight extended. We have requested numerous times for an itemized list/ receipt as the prices were not adding up, we have yet to receive the list and has been back almost a month. The pricing is not making since as to why 1 person had their own room and paid $2,700 for everything and the other 2 rooms had 2 people in each room and they paid $2,500 per person to share a room. How is the same room I paid for $5,000 for my 2 friends instead of $1,400 if they are splitting the cost of the room ? We also began to ask other guest about there price and a few people told us they didn't nearly pay as much as we did. I definitely would recommend you do your own research before booking with Brenda. As a black business owner myself I hate to write such a nasty review but just want to inform others of what they may be getting themselves into.
