Been trying to get in contact with someone for over a week now. I am trying to reinstate my…read morelicense but since no one is getting information to me it seems as if this will be a very long process with this school. I have emailed the school which i have yet to get a response for. They do not have a register set up on the website. I have called twice and just have been told to wait. Asked to speak with a councilor but they told me they couldnt connect me with anyone because they all work from home. Asked to speak to a supervisor but was told he wasnt there either, that only front desk person and a assistant is in the office. MVA only gives you 90 days from when the letter is sent to complete the program. It is a 6 week 12 hour class. How is one supposed to complete on time when the place offering the class doesnt have answers or ever gets back to me to set up a registration date. People trying to move forward and better their lives have no chance with this type of service. If you can find somewhere else I would recommend you go there instead of here.

Signed my granddaughter up for driving lessons. The classes were fine. She was supposed to…read morereceive 6 hours of driving instruction. She received two hours and then they said to call them back after she became more experienced with driving - 100+ hours. Duh - that's what we were paying them for! Months later, we tried to schedule the last 4 hours of driving lessons and they stated that they had been used, which was not true. They had no access to a schedule, put you on hold multiple times, huge language barrier with the receptionist. To make a long story short, they had no interest in helping her succeed. We transferred her info to EZ Method, set up a mentorship program and they have called to follow up. Should have gone with EZ Method in the first place. Don't make the same mistake.

I wanted to share my experience with iDrive Driving School regarding my son's lessons…read more His first session was a very positive experience. The instructor, Coach Michael, was calm, patient, and supportive, which really helped build my son's confidence behind the wheel. We continued practicing at home and were making great progress toward completing his required driving hours. Unfortunately, the last two lessons were a completely different experience. The instructor, Toya Phillips, was assigned for both sessions, and her approach was extremely concerning. My son shared that she was impatient, raised her voice, and was overly critical rather than supportive. During one lesson, while practicing parking, she became frustrated when he didn't perform the maneuver correctly and spoke to him in a harsh and discouraging way. As a result, his confidence has significantly declined, and he is now experiencing anxiety behind the wheel and does not feel ready to take his driver's test. I was also very troubled to hear that she told my son another student had become so upset during a lesson that they got out of the car and refused to continue. That alone raises serious concerns about her professionalism and teaching style. In addition, my son has ADHD, which was disclosed at the time of enrollment. This makes patience and clear, supportive instruction even more important--unfortunately, that was not our experience. I attempted to contact the school on two separate days and left messages but did not receive a response. Had there been communication and a resolution offered, I would have preferred to handle this privately rather than leave a public review. As I prepared to write this, I also noticed that Toya Phillips has been mentioned in other negative reviews, which suggests this may not be an isolated issue. At this point, I am requesting two additional driving sessions with Coach Michael, as he was professional, patient, and truly made a positive impact on my son's learning experience. Driving instruction requires patience, professionalism, and the ability to build confidence in new drivers. Based on our experience, I do not believe Toya Phillips should be working in this role.

Unfortunately, my experience with the behind-the-wheel lessons was extremely disappointing. Because of limited slot availability, I had to take lessons with two different instructors. During my second lesson, instructor Nadeem Qureshi focused more on questioning my prior experience than actually teaching me. I explained that, since I am over 25, I had already completed the MVA-recommended practice hours, along with some previous driving experience in my home country. Even so, a large part of the lesson was wasted before I was finally allowed to drive. Throughout the lesson, he repeatedly told me I needed more practice and suggested I book private lessons with him. After that class, he even told the receptionist that I should not continue without private lessons first. I declined and kept my final scheduled lesson. In the last lesson, it felt like he had already decided not to recommend me for the MVA test. I was marked as failed and pressured to pay for an additional private lesson costing $85. I also found some of his remarks disrespectful and inappropriate. I later complained to Mr. Husain, but I did not feel my concern was properly addressed. I was told I failed because I did not do enough head checks before lane changes. A driving school should guide students, correct mistakes professionally, and help them improve. My experience felt more like pressure to purchase extra lessons than genuine instruction. Because of this, I cannot recommend iDrive based on my behind-the-wheel experience.

After the first hour, they had a 30 minute break and then after another 30 minutes of instruction, Ms. Khan told them they would have another 30 minute break. My son told me that Ms. Khan specifically reminded them to return at 3:29 to not be late, and thats exactly what my son did. When my son returned to his computer after this 2nd break, he received a message that the admin removed him from the class because the break was only 15 minutes and he was not present. We called the office to ask about the situation and they said that he would not be able to attend the course and would have to reschedule the entire course again for another session. I do not think that we should have to go through the inconvenience of being removed from class and forced to reschedule because my son correctly followed the instructions given by his teacher. Aside from that, I pay for 30 hours of instruction (3 hours every day for 10 days) and do not pay for 2 hours 30 mins instruction with 45 mins of break. I am happy to let my son stay on zoom longer if that means he gets 3 hours of instruction with 30 mins to an hour of break. We got a refund and will not be coming back.
