I traveled 30 minutes when local tire stores are within a couple miles. I got professional care, I can't image any better. I was so impressed. I had an awful leak that needed to be inflated before going anywhere. I finally ordered a tire and traveled again to this great business. Doctor Handsome tire man said I most likely had a nail, that the gouge in the side would not cause the leak and he asked if the other tires were OK. I mentioned another tire with a slow leak. They repaired both tires after removing a nail in each of them. I was so happy, I did not needing a new tire. No more being late and putting air in the tires in the rain! The first time was a vehicle that was being returned for a lease and the tires had worn out so I needed to replace the tires but didn't want to buy new tires. They gave me great used tires at an amazing price and then I was able to return the vehicle without a charge. 2. The other one was that my daughter had a vehicle where one of the tires was faulty and a regular tire would have been $350. I was able to purchase a brand new tire from them for a very reasonable price and was in and out the door within 45 minutes. Customer service is great. The owner is great. Highly recommend this place

My Husband found 24 hour mobile in a Google search and we decided to give it a try. So glad we did because it made a stressful situation so much easier! I would recommend 24 hour mobile to everyone! And yadi should get a raise!

The person who answered the phone was rude and quoted me $150 just for the service call, plus an additional $1.14 per mile. Throughout the conversation, he gave the impression that he was not interested in taking the job. I even offered to meet him at a location that would be more convenient, but he dismissed the idea and told me that this is not what their business is about and that I should go to a tire shop instead. Based on this interaction, the level of customer service did not match the reputation reflected in the reviews.

I had no prior trouble, and they acknowledged the fault when I returned, admitting their reset device was not functioning. MUST READ BEFORE VISITING THIS LOCATION -- DISREGARD ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS…read more My experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I walked in. The sales associate I dealt with was dismissive and rude right away. I explained that I had recently been to the dealership, where I was told that my front two tires needed to be replaced, while the tread on my back tires was still good because they were relatively new. However, the associate at Discount Tire told me that all four of my tires had undrivable tread and that it was unsafe for me to drive. He then told me he would only service my car if I purchased all four tires. I explained that I was specifically looking to replace the two front tires. He initially told me he could not service me that day. Then, when we were preparing to leave, suddenly he said he could service me if I purchased four tires in a different size than what I needed, at a price of around $970 for four tires, even with an $80 rebate. He later changed his position again and said he could put only two tires on, but then said he had tires in a completely different size. The entire interaction felt like he was continuously changing the options simply to make a sale. He also repeatedly brought up his commission, which I found completely inappropriate and irrelevant to my situation. What really put this experience into perspective was that I drove about 10 minutes down the road to Tire Kingdom. The difference was night and day. They were honest, knowledgeable, transparent about pricing, and not pushy whatsoever. They actually told me that I didn't even need to purchase tires that day and that I could potentially go another 2-3 months before needing them. That level of honesty meant a lot to me. I ultimately purchased four tires from Tire Kingdom for $480, thanks to a buy-three-get-one-free special they were running, and they had all four tires installed in under 45 minutes. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom at 2600 Pine Island Road INSTEAD OF THIS DISCOUNT TIRE (TAKE MY WORD!) The staff at tire kingdom was incredibly helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. After my experience at this Discount Tire, the professionalism and customer service at Tire Kingdom were honestly refreshing. I hope other customers don't have the same experience I did at this Discount Tire location. I understand that businesses need to make sales, but there is a huge difference between helping a customer find what they actually need and making them feel pressured into spending nearly $1,000.

I paid close to $400 for the compressor through the owner, Franchesco, on Monday, and he told me to come back Wednesday at 8:00 AM for the repair. I took off work and showed up Wednesday, only to be told there were still cars from Monday and Tuesday that had not been completed. No one called me or communicated that they would not be able to honor the appointment. He then told me to come back Thursday or Friday. I came back on Friday to drop my car off, and Franchesco told me he still could not do the job because he was "not ready." At that point, I asked for a refund because I no longer trusted the process. He told me that since I had already paid for the compressor, I could take the compressor and get it installed somewhere else. However, I had never seen the compressor, never received proof that it had been ordered, and never received any documentation for the part I paid close to $400 for. When I asked for proof or a receipt showing where the compressor was ordered from, I was told they "don't do that." He then seemed to get frustrated and told me that since I was going to get it fixed somewhere else, I needed to get the compressor from somewhere else. This was extremely unprofessional. My time was wasted multiple times, communication was poor, and the entire experience made me lose trust as a customer. I would not recommend this business.
